I arrive here at 2:20 pm to pull a city permit. There's 2 person ahead of me and that's understandable to wait. But I noticed that there is only one person assisting us on the counter, unfortunately it took me 2 hours until someone assisted me. I just wish there is more personnel to assist people on the counter and they need to improve...

They have excessively aggressive parking enforcement, never go to this city. The homeless will be going through your dumpster at 6 in the morning mean while the police will be writing you a parking ticket in front of you....blocking your car in... doing nothing about the vengeance but God forbid your park in front of your house....
