So I’m not a pizza person, definitely bottom of list when choosing something to eat, so this is my 1st visit to little Ceaser’s, my sister who’s home is down and across the street on Covina Blvd., my recently passed away and funeral is in two days this coming Friday. So my parents still live there, they are disabled and elderly. So I figured get something quick , they been advertising they sell chicken wings and been wanting to try the crazy puffs, and addition ordered a meat lovers pizza. When I placed order for all three items, I was informed it would be 15 to 20 minutes.
25 minutes later after people who had ordered their food after me got their food. I approached the cashier and asked about my order. She went back spoke to supervisor or manager and other staff where she was told that something wrong going on and not to take further orders. Cashier comes back saying my order is going to take longer. All I was told that the system was not working.
What did they meant by system? The oven went down? The system for charging for transactions go down? What exactly. I kept seeing people getting their food and getting charged for it. Was the “system” down just for me? They just apologized and at this point I asked for my money back. What a bad first experience to have, now I had to look for something else to take to parents. Like things are not bad enough as is. Thanks A lot Little Ceaser’s for making life a little more difficult. More reason to keep pizza at...
Read moreI wouldn't recommend this Little Caesars to my friends and don't waste your time or money. I was on my way home so I picked up a pizza. Went home when I got home. It looked like the pizza had been reheated so I called the restaurant to speak to the Manager that was working at the time. I explained to her about the pizza looking like it was reheated. It was hard and pepperoni was dark and it was cold and she said well they don't reheat their pizzas and that if I wanted a new pizza I can come and get it. But that was the only time she was going to do that, as if I always returned cold pizzas back to Little Caesars. Well I drove back to go show her the pizza and she acted like brought her a old pizza and was trying to get a new one for it which was not the case but she told me that she would do it this time but not to come back to the location. She had the nerve as if I would ever go back to that location.because if you ask me that manager just got the job. She wasn't even trained for her position because the customers always supposed to be right and in my case I was right. And didn't appreciate assumption from the manager that I might have tried to scam them for a $7 Pizza. I just wanted a hot and ready Pizza for a fast dinner. Instead I drove home and then had to drive all the way back (15 minutes both ways) and then deal with an unprofessional manager on top of being hangry and having four...
Read moreTelevision advertise the Phnceroni pepperoni pizza. So my husband and I went in to pick one up at 6:20 PM. Behind the register is a sign that says fresh and ready fancy Roni pepperoni from 4 PM to 8 PM. When we ordered one the cashier said you’ll have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. I teased him and read to him the sign behind the register. We of course graciously waited our allotted 10 to 15 minutes. When our time had passed, he handed us our pizza and we left. I told my husband to put it in the backseat so it wouldn’t be too hot on his lap, but he said that wasn’t necessary. It certainly wasn’t that pizza was cold like cardboard and just all-around a dreadful experience. We will NOT be going to the Little Caesars in Covina at the corner of Citrus and Covina...
