I recently purchased the LG C9.. I have done my research for some time...on this panel and others they have to offer. All the questions I asked the staff they answered correctly.. I was impressed..

They offer verity of payment plans.. if that's what you desire.. I myself paid in full. They also have open box models . Like I said theres a TV for everyone..

One major factor for me is that they do have a 90 day purchase warranty and on top of that a 15 months warranty... that covers any internal damage or malfunctions....at a good price .. witch game me the piece of mind.. also I was surprised when I tried to but my new TV in my are with didnt fit.. They told " we can deliver it to you" for free. Witch they did . Seen them load my TV in there van and property secure it so no damage will acure ..took good care of for the short ride.....like said grate customer service and support..

SHADY SHADY SHADY STAY AWAY! Not lisenced! Purchased a mini split 1k unit from them, purchased it with 5 year warranty and installation. The unit blows cold but blows very low. Takes about 3 hours to cool room down. I informed Salvador (the owner) he sent a unlicensed AC guy out to come fix it and check it out. His guy said it's normal. They did not want to fill up ac unit with Freon as instructions say it needs more Freon, also called the manufacture and they also informed me that it needs more Freon to work properly. So after arguing with them about filling it to manufacture specs so it will work properly, I'm stuck with a ac unit that they won't warranty or make work properly. Very BAD SERVICE. Called a lisenced ac guy out to come check it out, was informed the unit is a very cheap knock off unit and that they won't even touch it because of that. So I'm out 1500$ and stuck with a ac that dosent work properly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! SHADY SHADY SHADY. Will be taking this to court! And reporting to the city for...

I had gone to this place ones before but did not buy a TV. I decided to try them again after seeing many good reviews and see what TVs they had in stock. After purchasing a 55 inch samsung TV and being delivered and installed I found some issues with it. I called their staff and had them come and take a look at it. They tried to troubleshoot as well as I did but could not ge the TV to connect to my Wi-Fi signal. I ended up buying a QLED 55 inch instead with no problems. I am very happy with their service and customer friendliness. Never did I get the run around. I will consider them again...
