P & G Super Burger — Restaurant in Covina

The customer service experience was terrible. I was here around 9pm on a Friday evening. I ordered the chili cheese fries with grilled onions, and they gave me just a cheese fries. When I went to see if I could pay the difference, I was charged full price for a small bowl of chili. (I could have technically bought two orders at this point). So now it's around 10pm, and I'm finishing up my food. The workers begin mopping the floor with a strong scented cleaning solution. I go to the front to get a to-go box, and as I'm walking back, I slip and entirely eat it. Like, I'm horizontal in thin air and wipe out. And guess what happens? Nothing. They all looked at me, and immediately looked away. I'm back at my table now, and my friends are all asking if I'm okay. (I'm fine) and all the workers disappeared and won't dare to make eye contact with me. The guy starts mopping again, and this time brings out a sign to inform customers that the floor could be wet. As we prepare to leave, my friend goes to the front to tell them that I had slipped. The reaction he gets is, "Oh really? Is he okay?" No. That is unacceptable. As a person, you should take responsibility and accountability for your actions. This is no way for an establishment or even human beings to act.

Then again it could've been an off day.I'll give it another try, before I pass judgment I'll get back with you in the future. 2nd review : Will I tried P&G Super Burger the other day. I found out if you try certain foods, you can usually judge the quality of the food. Be that as it may. If a place has Pastrami sandwiches you can generally tell how good the food will be. I judge places by the way their Pastrami sandwiches taste if they offer Pastrami. If they can screw that up, the rest of their food ain't going to be worth trying, unless your a dare devil and you must have an iron stomach. It didn't get any better, if anything it got worse and how that happened I'm not sure. It'll be a long time before I go back to P&G's Super Burger. Remember, it just might be me. Always on the hunt for traditional 'Mom & Pop' burger spots like this one. This place has a wide variety of food items and even serves breakfast all day. Big dining area with tables or booth seating options. Restrooms located in the back. There's a kid-friendly 'claw machine' on the way to the restrooms. Ordered the avocado bacon cheeseburger, chili cheese fries and a horchata. The bacon 🥓 was thick/juicy with burnt ends which really complemented the rest of the burger well. Chili cheese fries were seasoned perfectly and weren't salty or spicy which is a definite plus in my book since I'm not big on 'spicy' chili. The horchata was good and didn't taste watered down but did have a strong cinnamon flavor. For it being close to closing time, the food really tasted fresh and was immediately made to order.
