Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Covina

Food is decent but NOT the service, service sucks here... just kids running this place at night...ruined my night trying to argue with me... Dum kid employee quoted me the wrong price & then he told dum girl manager that he said the right price(which he didn't) so she canceled my order, all because-I hung up on her because I didn't want to argue with her about her dum employee... So after an hour goes by, We had to call back to reorder again to get some f...... pizza and wings... RIDICULOUSLY STUPID KIDS RUNNING THIS PLACE... DON'T ORDER FROM HERE...SHE GAVE NO COMPENSATION FOR OUR TROUBLES & SHE GAVE ME NOTHING BUT AN ATTITUDE FOR A 2-1/2 HOUR WAIT TO GET FOOD... TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND TERRIBLE...

Ordered a pizza at 5 pm. We waited till 6:30 pm for our delivery and nothing had came. We called and this asian lady named Priscilla told us it should be there in 5 minutes. We waited till 7:10 and still nothing. We called again to find out what happened and Priscilla transferred our call to a pizza hut in Norwalk, CA. Then when we tried to order again she said they can't deliver anymore because there are too many delivery orders. This is by far the worst experience we have had from a pizza hut. Usually frequent the location on Foothill Blvd / Route 66 in Glendora. First time at this place as i was in the area. Glad I stopped by here.

The girl who was working by name of 'Livier'. She went out of her way to truly make an excellent multi-topping Specialty Large 🍕 Pizza 🍕 at the standards one would expect even at the smaller 'Mom & Pop' establishments, comparatively speaking 😋 .

Even had it cooked extra time (well done) for a hot & crispy overall finished product. I'll likely be back sometime in the near future as this stop definitely paid off...
