Yum Yum Donuts — Restaurant in Covina

The owner really needs to learn that customer service is key to a business ! She is by far rude and almost always intentionally puts coffee grains in your coffee if she doesn’t like you. if she doesn’t want customers coming back then I can’t understand why she went into buying a Business !

Only reason I continue to come here is due to her outstanding workers I am not going to Punish them for her lack of leadership and understanding the fundamentals of owning a business !

At least they have an understanding on how to treat a customer that continues to come and keep the Business open so that they will continue to have work!

If the owner ever read this you need to either allow someone to buy the establishment or learn the fundamentals of customer service you are the worst business owner I have ever encountered you discriminate you are rude and you lack the number one key to business knowledge that is have respect for your...

Go on Sundays. Always very well stocked. Looks clean. One thing is strange: There is an EXCELLENT male employee. Courteous and well mannered. On another day...there was a female that basically did her job...gave me donuts and took my money. And on another day, there was another female that did me the FAVOR of getting me donuts, took my money 'cause it seemed I owed her...and turned around and walked to the back room without a single "Thank you," or smile. The first employee needs praise and a small raise. The second employee needs to be taught that a simple smile and an AUDIBLE "Please" and "Thank you" is not only appreciated...but REQUIRED as an employee of a business. And the third employee needs to be FIRED. Manager/owner: Take care of...

It is a typical Yum Yum Donuts establishment, which is open the whole day. I have been to this establishment, several times, usually to purchase donuts, or have my lunches inside. I would, usually, sit down, and enjoy a meal. During my visits, there was ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The meals, both, donuts and sandwiches, were well-made. At the same time, they were delicious. The staff members, also, were helpful, and courteous. The place inside, too, was neat. The prices were fair, and not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in the area of Covina/West Covina, and enjoy donuts, I would definitely recommend a visit to this establishment. The prices, themselves, are...
