Rally's — Restaurant in Covington

This was literally half an hour ago. I had to take time to calm down before putting my review together. Absolutely horrible. The chicken sandwich was so dark, we thought it was a burger, the drinks had absolutely no carbonation, the food was wet, and when I tried to call them (back to back 5 times) no one answered. The only edible thing was the fries so I paid $40 for 3 fries, inedible burgers and chicken sandwich, flat disgusting and warm(Idk how that happened when there was a couple ice cubes in the cup. Literally, a couple) soda. Thanks for ruining my night. Wish I could give a 0 stars. Should have gone to Arby's next door or Popeyes down the street. Oh! I almost forgot. Everything was shoved in 1 bag, which I did comment on before he tried to 'hand' it to us. It kinda got shoved at us and the bag ripped right on my mom's shirt. Fries nearly went everywhere. Firstly, the worker who took our order (lots of tattoos on arms) was very impolite. We were first timers and asked a few questions to which the worker had a very rude time and took forever to even answer the question. It annoyed me, but I can deal with that. Then we get our order. We were supposed to receive 2 cokes and a root beer, we just got three cokes. One burger was supposed to have mustard pickles and lettuce ONLY, and had everything on it. We returned it and showed our receipt. They asked us twice what it was supposed to be, and they still added cheese on it. Another burger was supposed to be the Barbeque Buford and instead we received what looked like some philly cheese steak type of burger with no barbeque whatsoever on it. Thirdly we were supposed to receive two swirls on CONES and got two strawberry cheesecake ice creams(?) in cups. Everything was cold and unappealing. Will not...

If you gave me $100 and begged me to go back to that rallies I would refuse. The guy behind the window and on the intercom hated his life so much that he felt no other option than to try to pass his hatred on to the customers. First he tells me something on the intercom and I don't hear him so I start my order and his reaction, "I SAID hold on", in such and aggressive way that I it took me a minute to comprehend that he was serious. Then I get to the window and he gives me the total, and since he didn't give me the total after I ordered, I was digging for change and, of course, he had to make a smart reaction and walk off, at that point I wasn't going to join him on wishing life would just end, so I drove off with full intention of making that not only a last resort for food, but I would join him in wanting death (of starvation) before I went back...
