Crumbl — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

1st visit the ovens were down..no biggie, technical difficulties happen. 2nd visit they were sold out of all flavors but two I believe and of course the flavors available weren't the ones I drove 25 minutes for. 3rd visit, yesterday, it was an hour before closing and the sign on the door read SOLD OUT unless you you're picking up an online/app order. Again, I drove 25 minutes out of my way specifically for cookies so I uploaded the app in hopes of snagging an order of at least 4. Bingo! But of course they only had 3 flavors available and only 1 of which I was interested in. Received my order, well actually they called my name and handed me the box. Good thing I opened the box because what I received was someone else's order but again no biggie mistakes happen. We swapped boxes and being that it was my 3rd attempt at cookies I was disappointed. The icing topping that is advertised was approximately 1/4 of the topping I received on the frosted animal cracker cookie and the fried "something" cookie. Gave Crumbl another try after enjoying a few flavors a guest brought over. Ordered a half dozen, 2 each of 3 different flavors for 8pm pickup on a Saturday.

They were decently busy upon arrival and after standing in the pickup area for 5 minutes or so, I was abruptly "greeted" by a young man with a very curt tone, zero eye contact and a rushed attitude when I gave him my name.

After another 5 minutes another woman came.over and asked what I was waiting for, and I repeated my name for my order.

She comes back over and now tells me one of the options I ordered wasn't available. Mind you, they are now sold out of 3 of their 6 flavors (2 that were marked off while I was waiting). I asked if she could put the repeat 2 in their own box and she just immediately blurted out that "I have to buy the boxes."

Taken aback a bit by this whole experience, between the attitude of their young staff, no customer service when they couldn't accommodate my order as it stands and not even an apology. Not sure why I...

This place is NOT overhyped and their cookies are served WARM!! Super professional, very clean, friendly (which is hard to come by in 2022) and a place I will be coming back to soon enough! They even present the cookies to you before you leave too. When I went they had this New York Cheesecake cookie as well as a Waffle Cookie. Bro… one of the BEST cookies I’ve EVER eaten in my entire life. No exaggerations here. 100% I posted pictures, but my family and I gobbled up the cookies and there’s not much left except Crumbl’s (pun intended). so the presentation isn’t there 😂 But listen if there’s a line, it worth waiting for don’t get discouraged! It’s a small building so they can only let in a certain number of people at a time. But it’s great overall. Expensive but what isn’t here in Cranberry these days.
