Very disappointed!! Very rude artist without manners. Very bad cake. Bad delivery as well.

I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday. I send a picture from a cake I liked. When I called the girl told me I had to put a deposit and the rest of the money after I receive the cake so i did.The artist started texting and asking me the receipt of the deposit with a really rude attitude. I sent her the receipt and she told me we are all set. A day before the birthday the artist texted me again pressing me to pay the rest of the money. I explained her that I had agreed with the girl on the phone to pay the rest when I receive the cake to make sure everything is fine so she told me if I don’t pay the rest the day before she will not bring the cake. So I called and pay the rest. The day of the birthday the cake arrived 1 and a half hours late from the time we had agreed. The cake it was really far from the cake I sent in the picture. The artist didn’t put the filling I asked for and to be specific she didn’t put any filling. The cake was soooooooooo bad. When I called to complain the artist told me “lady get a life” and hung up the phone.I am really disappointed for the $150 I gave to them. I will never order again from them. Very...

First thing I have to say is I don’t recommend anyone to go here to get a cake, I went to order a cake for my boyfriend birthday. I placed the order like 2 weeks in Advance I even sent pictures how I wanted it to look like and it didn’t even look really like it, I payed $300 for this cake and as soon as it was time to bring the cake out to the birthday boy it was cracking and the side of the cake was falling down , I shouldn’t have to be fixing a $300 dollar cake , I kept on email ligia about the cake and she was no help at all I ask for at least half of what I payed for back and she said “As a courtesy, I will give you $50 for the cracking.” And she blamed the transportation when I got the cake to the restaurant it was completely fine , I went back to check on it to bring it out for the birthday boy and the cake was like cracking and the side was coming down , if she knew the cake falls apart like that she should’ve told me and I would’ve got something else . The last email I sent she never respond back, she was being rude and not helpful at all , I ordered a cake on a Saturday it shouldn’t be done on a Friday and sitting there overnight ,I do not recommend ever going here , that’s the last time I will ever...

I went with this bakery after being referred to go there by a friend. First off- I had sent them through text a picture of the cake we wanted.. The cake looked extremely crooked, with bumps all over when it was picked up. When it was time to eat, the cake was very dry and the fruits that we wanted as part of the filling tasted like vinegar, they were definitely not fresh.. it was disgusting! We were extremely embarrassed to serve this to our guests at our party, everyone ended up spitting it out. I did notice the night before this shop had worked on a several tiered cake which makes me think my cake was made days and days before it was picked up just so they could give priority to that one huge cake. I regret not going to my usual cake shop and getting this cake done there as well, I wanted to give this new bakery a chance but they completely disappointed me.

Also- I texted them the same day this happened and no reply, 2 days passed and after several calls and messages they finally picked up and I was told- with an attitude- that they didnt receive my calls or texts. Poor...
