I ordered breakfast at 7:00 a.m. on the app. Arrived at 7:10 a.m. and waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. It was like the place was empty (see pic). I was kind of concerned they were getting robbed or something. When someone did show up I was told they could not have any breakfast ready for 30 more minutes. I was not about to wait and left a very unhappy person telling them I was going elsewhere. Fast forward about 45 minutes and I get a text stating my food is ready and my credit card has been charged. I am so upset with these people. I called to talk to someone about it since corporate is closed. I asked the girl who answered what her name was so I could tell corporate when I speak with them next week and she refused to give it to me. In the end I had to call my credit card company and file a dispute. I eat at Taco Bell quite frequently and have never ever been treated this poorly in a Taco Bell in my life.

Not only do you have to check that they gave you the food you ordered, but you have to open it and check that they made it properly. My Mexi pizza came with a couple broken taco shells instead of the fried flower shells it’s supposed to come with. I thought I was good because I checked my bag and I had the Mexican pizza there until I got home and saw that it was not what I ordered.

I’ve had two horrible experiences at that Taco Bell now. I went the first week of opening and simply ordered two classic luxe boxes. When I pulled up to the window they handed me a small bag with no box so I opened it up and it was a nacho bell grande and a soggy Crunchwrap. So I went in to tell them they got my order wrong and was talking to the lady in front of me and I jokingly said “got your order wrong too huh” and she said “yup got the whole thing completely wrong”. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt since it was their first week and probably extremely stressful considering how many people went in the beginning. Fast forward to a week or two later, we decided to do a late night Taco Bell run at 10 pm. We got several things including 3 cantina crispy chicken taco boxes (no dairy for one of the boxes since my brother can’t have dairy) and a burrito supreme (vegetarian). We drive all the way home and open the bag and everything was wrong. We got 4 soggy grilled cheese burritos (I asked for one dairy free), 3 regular “crunchy” tacos that were thrown under everything so it was complete mush and one bean burrito…we got charged for the supreme we ordered. It seemed like they just threw whatever leftover foods they had in the bag and handed it to us. So I drive all the way back to Taco Bell and ask if they can remake it. The guy apologized and said “sorry they just hired us and didn’t really tell us what to do”. They agree to remake the whole order and even had me circle which one’s dairy free and vegetarian so they don’t get it wrong. Mind you it was probably 11pm at this point. After 45 minutes they hand me the order and I opened it in front of them and somehow it was all wrong again. I was tired and over the Taco Bell so I asked if they can at least remake the dairy free cantina box since my brother literally can’t eat what they keep handing us and after another 20 minutes they hand me the order. It was still all wrong but after being in that Taco Bell from 10-12 pm I just wanted to go home. I regret not asking for my money back lol....

The literal worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food chain. For one if it wasn’t so late, we would have went somewhere else. We came into the restaurant & all the employees looked dirty and so does the restaurant. We quickly made an order on our phone, hoping we would be in and out of there and instead waited for over an hour and a half on our food. I had been sitting by the counter waiting, and they never called my name so finally, I went up and asked where our food was and they told me sorry they had given it to someone else. When The employee told me that I just looked at him because I didn’t know what else to do and he said “sorry that sucks” he finally, HESITANTLY, told me that they would remake it. So I sat there waiting another 20 minutes and finally went and asked for a refund. When the manager was told, she literally threw down the taco that she was working on and said “I’m working on that right now but just give her her refund” But when the other employee went to give me my refund, they realized they couldn’t because I had ordered on the app which was a third-party thing. I’m not sure why my order wasn’t immediately made as soon as they realized they had given it to someone else. Regardless we finally got our food. Stupid me didn’t even check to be sure that we had all of our food, so yeah, we drove away only to find out that half of it was missing and Taco Bell has yet to contact me about a refund for even just the items I was missing even though I’ve submitted several complaints. The WORST customer service I’ve ever seen. Oh also, they were not even...

Brushed off when asking if hiring, saying they're swamped with applications. If that's the case, you would think they'd really have more thorough staff.. I ordered a crispy chicken taco meal with no sauce on it and 2 soft tacos no lettuce. After getting my order, the employee told me he forgot the 2 soft tacos before I left, which I thought was great that he caught that! So after getting my food, I left and rode my electric scooter home after grabbing a coffee elsewhere. Unfortunately once I got home, I started on the chicken taco first.. and 2nd bite in, I tasted the horrific jalapeño sauce.. so I checked everything (which I know I should do before leaving, my bad.. but you'd think with such a line of people to work would mean competition... but apparently not).. both chkn tacos had J sauce, both soft tacos had lettuce, and one of my nacho cheese sauces had some black smeared on the inside of the lid (prob the wax crayon they use for marking special orders.... like MINE, that wasn't marked...) which to me, means the employee had marker on his gloves and probably isn't changing them enough... and if that wasn't bad enough, I called the store at 10:50am.. NOT LUNCH RUSH HOUR MIND YOU.. And it rang and rang...and rang.. for 2 minutes straight. They sure SEEM like they need help. But I must not seem qualified enough for that minimum wage job to them. And now my scooter needs to charge before I make my way back, unless I walk.. which I probably will end up doing. Very disappointed with my 1st time back since re-opening. 0...
