I want to put 2 stars but just can't: bathrooms always kinda dirty; have waited 10/15 minutes with a line of people waiting to order, with no one at all manning register. Pretty unbelievable. They do not give reciepts but I've been asked point blank if I paid for a coffee when I asked for a refill. Man. Not ok. . . Different employee, I think her name is Verona?(short, older thick hips, pig tails), when I got to register to order, she looked me up and down and barked "were you in LINE??". . . I was stunned. "I am in line" is all I said. She kept a nasty look on her face just staring me down. What in the world? Then finally, rudely, asked what I wanted, as if I was wasting her time delaying my order. (I am not kidding, or exaggerating). The person behind me was standing well behind me, looking as stunned as I. Turns out several folks I know have been verbally accosted by this employee. When I told this story, they all knew exactly who it was. (Unbelievable, that, really.) Another employee told me she is OFTEN like this with customers, but VERY different when management is in front. Ugh. . . . All that said, seniors get .25¢ break on coffee price but unlike everyone else, get small only, and not choice of size like everyone else(at THIS location only, per my experience). . . No more wifi either at McD's. So. . . .When I found myself dreading going near the counter, wondering what abuse or insults I'd have to suffer, I just stopped going. Ths is NOT how I intend to start my morning! . . Conversely, BK always has clean bathrooms, very sweet and sunny employees, good, cheap coffee, and...
Read moreI and my family had just woken up, we're hungry, and we're on a road trip. So of COURSE we go to what we'd think would be quick and easy for breakfast, McDonalds. It was anything but. Never before in my entire life have I ever had such a poor experience with a McDonald's. Our wait was overly long, but we didn't mind. Granted, it did strike us as odd when other customers seem displeased and outright angry over service and food. The real problem arose when we actually got our food. They got our drink sizes and flavors wrong, which, although it was a red flag, wasn't so horrible that we'd demand a refund or a change. We just dealt. But then my sister opened her McGriddle. The bread was quite literally BLACK. It was burnt, hard, and practically inedible. It turns out all the McGriddles were. She, of course, goes to get it redone, and it, of course, is burnt again. When she asks for a THIRD time for it to be remade, a worker says that's just how the bread looks, as if it were the first time we had ever gotten McGriddles. It was remade again and finally wasn't burnt, though it was still overcooked. Doordashers there were saying how they'd waited for over 45 minutes for small orders, and nobody seemed happy. Don't get McDonalds here, it's a...
Read moreThe Digital center can't order things I wanted ,no front counter help , then it took 20 minutes in walk up carry out, Door Dash was there , I now understand why it's cold from there, lots of the time Door Dash is taking many orders ,waiting while they had hot food, I guess it gets chilled while inside temperature 🌡️ was cold ,not like the 35-42°f it was outdoors, shouldn't there be a limit to Door Dash pick ups , I see them waiting in cars ,but one taking all seems bit unfair, cold food . Then though it's not homeless people's fault one smelt like rotten flesh ,they acted like they had become a zombie, almost vomiting 🤮 on tables , wondering if even safe to walk in to eat at night ? I had to eat by the drink machine , to be warm & not rained on or smell flesh rotten smell , I see one on wheelchair off 9th walking into places , Please be careful who you talk to, new homeless person wanted me to call a number for them, that was not so bad , but him almost vomiting 🤢 or dry vomiting, seems like he was coming down off something , they need security guards!
I think I should have never went in to the place to eat , the employees...
