First and foremost Here's a review highlighting why discrimination against people with disabilities is unacceptable: Discrimination against individuals with disabilities is not just morally wrong; it is a violation of fundamental human rights. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their abilities. When businesses refuse service or access to people with disabilities, they perpetuate a culture of exclusion that harms not only those individuals but society as a whole. People with disabilities often face numerous challenges, and denying them equal access to services, spaces, and opportunities only adds to their struggles. By fostering an inclusive environment, we not only comply with legal obligations but also enrich our communities. Embracing diversity allows us to learn from each other and promotes understanding and empathy. It is imperative for businesses to educate themselves about the laws protecting individuals with disabilities, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and to create welcoming spaces for everyone. Discrimination has no place in our society, and we must stand together to advocate for equal rights. I had a very disappointing experience at Gusto's Bar on August 18, 2024. As a person with a disability, I was refused entry by the bar owner and his wife because of my registered service dog. This was not only disheartening but also discriminatory. They falsely represented Illinois state and federal laws regarding the rights of individuals with disabilities and their service animals. It is unacceptable for a business to disregard the law and treat customers in such a disrespectful manner. I hope they reconsider their policies and educate themselves about the rights of people with disabilities. Sincerely, Gregory a jarret person with a disability

I loved talking to Char (one of the workers) when I did go there. Also I used to love their burgers. They do have good fries and onion rings. However, my last time going there the manager made my burger. He wasn't friendly, I waited a long time to get it and I wasn't satisfied at all. In addition to that I didn't even receive any condiments. When I went back inside and went to the bar area no one approached me. I had to walk to the back to talk to Char again while the manager was just staring at me. On top of that, my burger wasn't even hot, it was just warm. Due to their poor service, I won't be back.

My wife and I finally got a chance to check out Gustos, we had a blast. Everyone was extremely friendly from the staff to the patrons. Drinks were good and the food was fabulous. Definitely recommend the flat burgers. Their wings, are the best around, finally found wings that taste like they do in Western NY. They seem to always have something going on and their prices are unbeatable. We will definitely be back.

Really should be a ZERO star review. AB Gustos hosted an event for my Step-Father Bill Hendrix. Me & my wife approached the counter asked for a Sprite and where ID'd. We presented our ID'S. Unfortunately my wife's was expired. She was told she needed a legal parent or gaurdian present? Again, I'm her husband. Then we were told we had to leave because her ID was expired. Remind you, expired not underage. Also we asked for a Sprite. Not liquor. Also, they seemed to have a hard understanding that they were removing the family after time and time again I explained to the Owner Brian's wife who I was there representing & who I was there with, Dawn Hendrix. Thanks for the experience you...
