We just had an amazing experience! Brian was our waiter and was perfect. The food was so good and as usual we both had leftovers because we always eat too much bread and their oil mix... it's my favorite! Tried their chicken parm sandwich and we both liked it. Lots of bread but still awesome. We had fries and salad and the salad was so fresh and their Italian dressing is flavorful but not over the top. 9 times out of ten we have an amazing experience... thanks Brian! The food was terrific! I always know I will not finish everything here as I love their oil/spice blend for the bread and when the bread is warm— it’s outstanding! Tonight it was just that! I ordered their chicken parm as it has just the right amount of crispness and a really good flavor balance… i love it! I got the truffle fries as my side and they are wonderful. I was disappointed as I asked for ketchup 3 times before getting it and even more disappointed when the waitress forgot to get me my soup to go— when I ordered the meal I requested she bring that to go… we never got it and I just love their soup! So bummed. Most of the time we end up with extra breadsticks in our go bag and this time we couldn’t even get what we ordered :( and paid for… The food we did get was as good as ever! Our kiddo got the kids grilled chicken and spinach and she actually enjoyed it… i didn’t force her to order it but was thrilled when she did. She can be picky and she enjoyed both although she was quite full from bread and the appetizer we had eaten. I just realized she never got a drink other then water. Husband got the chicken piccata and he loved it and orders this regularly… if not this dish then he orders the chicken Parmesan. Tonight it seems the waitress was having a rough night… it’s rotten because when you spend 85$ on a meal you kind of want it all. We also had a piece of cake we split— the chocolate dream— it was awesome and super chocolate my… perfect to split with a couple people :)

I am not normally a chain restaurant kind of gal, but I’ve gotta admit that Carrabba’s - specifically the one in Crestview Hills - is on the regular rotation. Okay, it’s location is exceptionally convenient, but it’s the food that brings us back again and again. Their dirty martinis are outstanding and the food is consistently good. My most recent visit was a dine alone experience. So I sat at the bar where Cameron was welcoming and attentive. I adore the house salad with house dressing. The dressing is creamy with Parmesan and I love the Kalamata olives, carrot rounds and banana peppers. Their plain grilled salmon has a lovely crispness on the top but Is downright juicy inside without being underdone. The spinach is so fresh and the soft slices of garlic are not pungent but rather a bit sweet. I can pretend I eating so healthy! LOL. The bread is served warm with a crisp crust and comes with EVOO and herbs. LOVE.

Of all the chain Italian style restaurants, Carrabba's stands out in every aspect. From the wood fired grill to the fresh, creative sauces, I have never been disappointed by this establishment. Service is always prompt and attentive. Fresh bread with olive oil and herbs for dipping is immediately brought to the table. Far better than the breadsticks at the other place. We shared an appetizer of zucchini fritte that was hot, fresh and not greasy at all. I ordered Pollo Rosa Maria that was perfect cooked and seasoned. The breast meat was moist and tender with a kiss of grilled flavor from the wood fire. The stuffing of prosciutto and cheese was a welcome touch, and the mushroom sauce was bright and velvety. Prices are in line with service and quality. Highly recommended.

Went for dinner last night in Crestview Hills. My husband ordered the ribeye medium-well. When he received it, it was still bloody so we sent it back, again asking for it to be cooked medium-well. It comes back again still not medium-well. It was very red throughout so we sent it back again. At this point, the manager carries the steak back to our table in the middle of the restaurant with other customers looking on, and proceeds to show us the inside of the steak and tells us "I'm not trying to argue with you, but this is medium- well." He was basically letting us know that we didn't know what we were talking about, and was seemingly trying to make us feel stupid. The steak was red inside, red, not pink. It was not medium-well, and even if we were as stupid as he was treating us and it actually was medium-well, obviously it was clear after the first time we sent the steak back, that it was not cooked enough for our liking. I'm not sure why the manager felt the need to come to our table to shame us about our apparent lack of knowledge about cooking steak (his opinion), instead of just putting the steak back on the grill and cooking it more. My husband and I were both extremely offended and would have walked out right then and there had it not been for our waitress who did a fabulous job serving us and trying to make the situation better. Carrabba's lost two customers last night because of their rude manager. I do not...

I’m very anti-post, but others should know what to expect out of this location. Unfortunately, I can’t put zero stars. Unbelievable how unprofessional my experience was today. I’m out of town. Placed an order at 4:30pm, to be delivered to my parents who aren’t in a position to pick up the food. I was told delivery would head out to my parents house (only 2.7 miles away) in 20-25 minutes. I get a call from my mother at 6:10pm, food hasn’t arrived. I call this Carrabba’s location to get answers. I received a lot of nonsense. Don’t tell customers that YOU deliver, if you use a third party delivery service and don’t want to take responsibility for the delivery. I could’ve used that service directly and been updated along the way. This Carrabba’s location never let me know that my food was still sitting there an hour later. No ownership was taken. No communication to your customer. You may not be able to control if a third party picks up the food. You may have messed something up when your restaurant ordered through the delivery service. Either way, you control the level of communication with your customer. And you failed miserably today. I made it clear how important it was to deliver this food in a timely manner. Very disappointed. Unacceptable service. Lost a...
