When I approached the speaker box I was greeted by "T-Ann" who sounded about as excited to greet me as if I were attending her own mother's funeral. I placed my order and was met with silence. After about 5 seconds she simply uttered "anything else?" in a monotone. She did not ask what I wanted to drink or what size combo I would like. I told her I wanted a Coke and a medium sized combo. The following is exactly what is on the ticket attached to my bag which tells the employees what I ordered.
T-Ann Time: 4:51 pm Order570 Type: Drive Thru Check: 40171
Dbl Whop 2American Chs $ NO Tomato MD fry MD soft drink Coke-fs
That is exactly what I ordered. This is what I received. The Coke and fries were correct. I received a single whopper with no cheese and 3 disgusting slices of tomato poorly placed in the middle of my nearly stale sandwich. It was loaded with condiments. So much so that they were literally dripping from the end of the half limp bun. I paid 40 cents for cheese I did not receive. I paid the up charge for a double whopper which I did not get. I prefer the taste of your burgers to any quick service place in town. However, I very rarely visit this location because each time I do I always have a problem. Most times it is the attitude of the employees. One specifically I will not forget is "Moises" who the last time I visited I could hear audibly and loudly cursing about the customers and filling my order. "T-Ann clearly has other things to worry about than making her customers feel welcomed. I felt like a burden for even being there. I am a restaurant manager. I am specifically a quick service drive through restaurant manager. I would not tolerate this behavior from my crew members. I used to think it was just one bad apple at this place, but my suspicion is there is an overall lack of leadership. If that were not the case I would not consistently receive poor customer service and inaccurate orders. I don't expect a sit down restaurant quality meal from any drive through. However, a little common courtesy, a desire to serve your guests and order accuracy goes a long way. This will be the very last time I visit your establishment and I will recommend everyone I know to do the same. I have never been so consistently disappointed in a restaurant. Every time I've gone there has been some problem. I suggest to the managers and supervisors who I know will read this you do some training on the proper way to treat your guests and on order accuracy or you may soon find yourself replaced. To the supervisors of the store management team that I know will also read this fix your people. They're screwing up the easy stuff. I really hope you take these comments into consideration. I very hard to dissatisfy. I may have filled out five of these surveys in my life. Three of them have been for this store. I tell my employees to do something every day that makes their guests say "wow, that was great!" The only wow I got from this experience was at how poor the entire presentation was from start to finish. The only exception was "Destinee" she was polite and courteous. Your team could take some...
Read moreMy recent visit to Burger King in Crestview was quite the rollercoaster! I wrote this entire review while I waited. Let’s break it down:
Let me set the scene: it’s a sunny morning, and I find myself getting off the interstate and see Burger King with no cars in the drive-thru line in the Crestview location. 2 cars beat me to the speaker, but The clock ticks away, and I wait—18 minutes to be precise. Now, I’m no stranger to patience, but when hunger gnaws at your insides, every second feels like an eternity. I glance at my watch, wondering if I’ll ever escape this vehicular purgatory and hit the open highway.
Just when my impatience threatens to boil over, the drive-thru window slides open. And there she is—the cheerful attendant. It’s 8:30 AM, mind you, and her smile rivals the sun itself. Maybe she’s secretly powered by Burger King coffee; who knows? But her warmth is contagious, melting away my frustration. Suddenly, those 18 minutes seem like mere blips in the grand scheme of things.
Now, let’s talk menu. I expected the usual breakfast suspects, but wait… burgers, fries, and maybe a side of nuggets. It’s like stumbling upon a hidden treasure chest. I imagine the kitchen crew doing a quick costume change from spatulas to fry baskets. Fries and nuggets at 8:30? Why not! 🌞🍔
Finally, after a total of 30 minutes, my food materializes. It’s like the grand finale of a suspenseful movie—the moment you’ve been waiting for. And guess what? The food is hot. The fries are sizzling and crispy. I take a bite, and it’s like a flavor explosion in my mouth. The buffalo nuggets? Oh, they’re there too—bold, spicy, and unapologetically buffalo-y.
As I pull away, I glance back at the drive-thru lane. Only two cars behind me now. Perhaps this Burger King operates on a different time scale—one where minutes stretch like taffy. But you know what? It’s oddly charming. Maybe they’re orchestrating a drive-thru symphony, complete with car horns and fryer sizzles. Who needs efficiency when you’ve got character?
In summary, Crestview’s Burger King is a place where surprises meet hot food, and where cheerful attendants make your morning brighter. Just remember: it’s not the spot for a quick pit stop, but it’s...
Read moreI eat here as a local and I know this restaurant has been through a lot of managers as anyone who has worked retail would know it’s noticeable. It’s been going on for months now where from ordering to leaving the drive thru time has drastically gone up. Today for instance pulled up to order on the drive thru and had to wait 6 minutes before someone took my order. Mind u I am the only person in line period as the only other person left the line behind me after 4 min. I place my order and then I had to wait 10 or so more mins to get my food. He said my sandwich was made but they were working on fries which is crazy. It’s peak lunch time at 1230 and I’m the only person in line so ur definitely not busy but yall ran out of fries and took 10 min to make them???. I hate that this restaurant is the only one in the area. Even on the days where the service time resembles something of fast food or slow food. My orders have been Made wrong 80% of the time to where I can no trust the employees to give me my FRESH and Correct order. I’ve gotten someone’s whole other order before and couldn’t eat any of it smfh wasted my money. Just stay away from this place hit the other one across town but still check ur orders. Either upgrade ur pay to get better candidates or just shut it down guys. I’ve literally seen employees walk out on the job one day when I was in the drive thru it’s insane here bro that night was a 25 min wait because they had to mitigate wat ever that was as there was then no one to cook food lol I’d love my money back for the meals yall have messed up but yall may need the money to pay these ppl a livable wage with steady hours. Employee retention is paramount in saving money, building employee loyalty and...
