This was by far the best experience I have ever had in a retail store. I will go as far as to say, "it was life changing". Never before have I had to purchase a set of professional clothing, but I needed to prepare for a very important interview. I came in distraught and feeling hopeless after attempting to find an outfit in 2 other stores. I went to the front desk to explain my bleak situation. Troy was there and told me "not to worry" and that "his manager was perfect for this sort of thing and would most definitely be able to help." He called Carrie over, she came promptly, inquired about my concerns with genuine interest, and immediately proceeded to help me. Carrie was patient, kind, and understanding of my predicament. She brought me different combos of clothes to the dressing room and my confidence grew more each time. She managed to give me her attention while somehow also fulfilling her other job requirements. A super woman. I can't thank her and her wonderful staff Troy and Cici for their support on this stressful day. Their truly kind nature turned my day around completely. I was shopping in Marshall today, Dec 2, around 12:30. I had an issue with a price that I needed resolved. A cashier called the Store Manager on duty. An angel with a big smile arrived. The name on her name tag read Janet J. I explained the discrepancy and showed her what I was talking about. She listened to what I had to say without interrupting me and she said she understood and she would be happy to take care of it. I got my $4.26 refund. It really made my day. Now adays every penny counts. I don’t know if you’ll see this Janet, but you made an old lady smile...

I went to return some jeans today, with a receipt, but because the price tag was not still attached, the cashier stated that I could not return them. She had no way of identifying the price, according to her. As a retail store manager myself, I knew this was false. The brand tags were still attached.
