Burlington — Local services in Crestview

My trip to this Burlington was very successful! Everything was easy to find and since they just opened, it’s all very neat and organized. Compared to some other burlingtons I have been to, the shelves are a bit close together but as long as you are respectful of others space, there should be no issue. They have many different options and when asking an employee a question, I was answered fast and was pointed where I should go for what I was looking for. When going through the checkout, there was some issues with the register so it took a bit longer than normal but like I said ^ the employees were very accommodating and tried to resolve the problem as fast as they could. The prices were (obviously) discounted and there were many different brand options available. They have household items, bedroom decor, coffee mugs, clothing (children, women’s, men’s, juniors), shoes, accessories, pet items (barley anything cat cats), etc. I will definitely be returning here...

So I shopped here today for about the 5th time. Here's my feedback. The store is overstocked. They should write a post on Crestview Word of Mouth, advertising the overstock. The prices for most items are pretty decent. Floor assistance is good. However, l, encountered a cashier or manager, named Nicole I believe and she is almost the worse. She didn't ask me if I was a Burlington reward member or card holder and kept asking me for a phone number that wasn't mine, the customer. When I asked her about not asking for My phone number, she said, "Burlington Rewards doesn't matter unless you have the Burlington credit card." False. She seemed very disheveled and anxious. I have been there a few times and it looks like a thrift store. The selection of men's clothes are a joke went looking for some shirts I can wear to the gym they had nothing. Asked an employee where I could find some she told me to go where the t shirts are I said I was looking for some loose shirts for the gym she just walked away. I will never go back I would probably have better luck at the salvation army thrift store.

Thank you but no thank you there is nothing I want and don't have the greatest selection in clothes I only hope that some other place that has better stuff gets...
