This place is trash just like the fort Walton beach location. I felt I didn’t receive a full portion of the chicken I asked for. I simply asked for a few pieces more and the gave me another full portion and charged me an extra $4 for it. When I asked about why it was so expensive, they told me they have to give double if I ask for more. I didn’t ask for double, I asked you to actually give me a full portion instead of shaking meat off of the spoon and then giving me what’s left.
I also used to work at chipotle once upon a time, so from that perspective, the quality of the chain has dropped significantly. I’m not sure if management pushes portion control to their employees so hard, that employees feel like if they don’t execute to perfection, it’s going to come out of their checks or what. It sure is how they act every time I go in there. The price point to food quality/quantity ratio is very poor. All inflation excuses aside, chipotle just isn’t...
Read moreLast evening around 6:30, I stopped at their restaurant to pickup dinners for my husband and I. After 30 minute of waiting inside—grant that they were very busy, I first saw that the brown rice was cooked with too much water and rice was clumped together. I still asked for brown rice, then they were very low on black beans, I asked for guacamole that is not for free for I ordered steak dinner. I do expect a spoon full and not half spoonful. When my portion of steak was put on my bowl, it was also about half spoonful. The server when I told her that I want the lettuce on my bowl, she just flat out told me that they were out. It was not anywhere near closing time and they were already out of lettuce? My first experience with the Crestview Chipotle, needless to say, was a disappointment! My review will stay at one star until...
Read moreThis place was woefully unprepared to open. Absolute failure by management to deliver in efficiency and expectations. Constantly out of multiple food items (white rice, chicken, black beans, queso, lettuce, just to name a few), again a clear lack in expectations toward throughput. Constantly trying to short your portions because they are battling their lack of preparedness in food. There are 13 workers, but only one on the line actually doing anything, but even then he constantly leaves because he needs things. Two people are at the cash register, but again only one doing anything. Honestly, an all out mess on all occasions we’ve visited so far. Food is good. Just have to wait an hour and ask for the right portion size. I suppose this less than a 1/4 of a cup of a side of guacamole constitutes charging...
