Mr. Mattress — Local services in Crestview

I cannot, in good conscience, give Mr. Mattress Bedding Outlet a good review. The one star is for a pleasant buying experience from over three and a half years ago. However, prior to the three year mark, my Sealy mattress had broken down horribly, dipping almost 2 inches deep in some areas. For reference, I'm 185 lbs and spin the mattress around on the frame weekly. It's the service after sales warranty process that I'm most displeased with. Simply put, Mr. Mattress has not followed through on stated warranty. I've been given "the run around" in layman's terms. So, after over 8 months of attempting to have my issues addressed to no avail, I'll need to purchase a new mattress again. I'll definitely not be purchasing from Mr. Mattress again and will not be able to recommend this business as trustworthy or as a business...

Bought a brand new mattress almost 4 years ago with a 5 year warranty on it. They replaced the mattress once with a worn used one. We didn't know it at the time. Called them back up and nobody ever showed even though they wrote it up it was replaced last September. WRONG no they didn't. Now call em again and the man comes out and wanted to give my husband a little attitude and then refused to replace it even though we still have a warranty. So beware anyone who buys from them they will lie on you and give you a worn mattress and swear to you it's brand new and won't honor their warranty on it. Now we have to buy a new one from somewhere else or continue to wake up in the morning and hurt like crazy from sleeping on this mattress. Won't be buying another one from here....

Very disappointed and disheartened that the management of a renowned establishment in the area would ignore the fact that their associate made an error with my purchasing order, yet they refuse to do anything worthy of being called suitable for me as the customer. Management admits the store error, but states it's an error that I must pay for. The owner refuses to return any of my calls.
