First, I attempted to use an Egift card, for my order. The gentleman at the window said he didn't know how to do that, so he called over another person. The woman took one look at it and was adamant about not taking it. She was rude, and it became very clear to me, by her gestures, head-shaking, and no, uh-huh, this was not going to be used to pay for the meal. To top it all off, we did not receive what we ordered. I was already home with the order, and because of the attitude I had already received, there was no reason to return to get it corrected. I was already convinced the order would not be completed as edible food. I called the store and spoke to "one of the managers". While speaking to the manager, she was hollering in the background, she just mad she couldn't use the gift card. Ain't nothin wrong with her order. So on that note, I am finished with this Taco Bell. I told the "manager" he might want to educate his employees on proper customer service. I am sure he will get right on it. With this example of customer satisfaction, I am sure the employees here will have a promising and lasting career. Cheers to Taco Bell,...
Read moreI have no idea who manager this location anymore but management needs to step it up big time and fast! It's gone downhill rather quickly. Food used to be fresh and orders were correct but now, I've received orders with missing items, wrong items and cold/hard items. One employee (she was some sort of manager) was extremely loud and unprofessional when I brought my incorrect order back in to the store. She yelled at staff in front of every customer there, snatched the box from me and literally slammed it in to the trash can near her. Then when she came back with my correct order she didn't say a word to me. She just handed me the food and walked away. The only reason I've bothered to keep giving them chance after chance lately is because I freakin love Taco Bell. Lol But if things keep going like this, I will stop going to this location. Some employee coaching/training is desperately...
Read moreBeen here a lot recently and everytime I've gone the past month or so my order gets messed up, today I went in asked for 2 bean burritos and 3 beefy 5 layer burritos, for me and a friend. After we paid we were asked to go around front so we did, we then proceeded to wait while the manager, or who assume the manager was, walks out front and got in a car and left, only to pull up 30 seconds later and stand and talk with a gal outside for 20 minutes. When we did got the food we got the 2 bean burritos, but the 3 "beefy 5 layer" were essentially bean burritos with meat, no sour cream or the outer shell that makes it a 5 layer. Not to mention the onions in the beans, that only go in the bean burritos. When I brought the food back the manager, same guy from earlier, argued with me about what the remaining 3 burritos were, no the customer is not always right, this time...
