I went in today about 1:50pm after calling the restautant numerous amounts of time with no answer. After arriving I asked about the phone in he told me they been busy. So then trying to order found out they are out od turkey tips and turkey legs. I asked how long they told me hours. So I had to call work to get people new orders. After ordering 8 meals I sat there and waited roughly an hour for my food I ordered nothing that extravagant atleast I didnt think. While sitting there I observed and the guy at the counter was on his cell phone with customer's in there leaning on back counter. Furthermore lady from the back yelling "cuz call this lady see when she coming". Also they made comments about him sending back to many big orders he told them that I just came in and they had a call in. So finally after about an hour of waiting I get called of course with all the confusion I decided to check my order. After my long wait I was missing one of my orders he told the kitchen and she insited it was made she came to check and we didnt have it which means it was probably given away. So I had to wait a few more minutes which then I asked again about tukeys tips again and at this point he told me 30mins. I was totally baffled that with all my issues not once was I apologized to just told that next time call ahead even the day before to ensure my order. You would think after spending $100 and being unsatisfied something would have been done. All of my co-workers who were waiting on food were disgusted how long it took we have never had this happen with any other restaurant and word of mouth ia the best advertisement because thats how we heard about it. After this traumatic experience how badly we wanted to expierenece the turkey tips we probably never will because I have not one positive thing about my expierenece today and wouldn't...

This place is all about the Bird. Only BBQ Chicken and Turkey are served here. I got an order of Turkey ribs ( you read that correctly ) and an order of 8 chicken wings. I didn't have them sauced because I believe your BBQ without sauce should hold up on it's own...THEY WERE SPOT ON !! They were seasoned well so you were able to taste the meat and not just the seasoning and they were not oversmoked. I got some sauces on the side which each were equally good. One , sweet and smoky.. another sweet and spicy and the last was a mustard sauce. The mustard sauce is best described as a spiced honey mustard but it was also very good. I ordered some side dishes too. Onion rings , potato salad, green beans and cole slaw. Their Onion rings = good. Green beans = good, ya can't mess up green beans. Throw some bacon and onion in there and BAM , ya got green beans. Their Cole slaw is good it just needed more sauce. It is a mayonnaise base not vinegar. Finally, the potato salad. This was a different version I have never had. It was more like mashed potatoes but they did have chunks of potatoes in it. It seems they added relish to it which kind if made it taste like a German potato salad. There was a bit of a vinegar taste to it. It was good , just not something that I cared for. The 8 wings came with 2 sides and I think the price was $8.99 , which seems reasonably priced. Would I go back ? YOU'RE DAMN RIGHT I WOULD !! Oh , I forgot to mention , they make their own pickles and they sell them. Their pickles didn't accompany any of their dishes which I think would be a nice selling point for their customers..throw a few on a plate and let them try them and then tell them you sell them. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Not enough employees to handle large orders me and a few coworkers ordered from them At 12:30 when they open surprised that we got an answer on the phone to pre-order when we got there to pick it up. The people in the front had a attitude about how many orders we had is that we should have just separated our order ourselves. I sent on the cake was when we got there. The order still wasn’t ready. We also had one whole meal missing in which the older lady in the front was trying to argue with us that we wasn’t missing anything we had to drive 20 minutes back up there to get our food in which the owner said he sold my plate so we had to wait for another one to be made. The plate was thrown together and I still did not get what I asked for. I ended up just leaving out of frustration. It’s just horrible how you try to support your own people and want to see them win but they treat you like it’s a privilege for you to shop with them. no lies the food is delicious but I hands-down will never shop with this business again because I am big on customer service and where I spend my money. The orders were placed way before the business was open, so there’s no reason why our food should not have been ready.
