CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Creve Coeur

Now that this location is a CVS pharmacy rather than a Schnucks pharmacy it has gone downhill fast. They put my RX on hold and did not tell me, then admonished me for not calling sooner when I asked about the status of my medication. They have also given me the generic version of an RX without saying anything at checkout, leaving me to get home to find a medication that looked different and had a different name. I called them immediately about this and was told “it’s supposed to be policy to tell people that but it’s hard to remember.” I can only hope the carelessness of staff here does not...

I have shopped at CVS 12756 Oiive Blvd. since they opened at Schnucks at Bellerive. I have been very happy with the pharmacists who do a great job at trying at times to get a prescription filled as soon as possible.
