Terrible. Used to come here every weekend with my boyfriend because it is my favorite boba place so I wanted to share Spoonful with my coworkers! I hyped the pace up and even post about it on my instagram all of the time so of course they want to try it! I had a large order placed and called the store about my order. The store said that is okay and after hanging up cancelled my order. I called again to reiterate this is for my job and apologized for such a big order. The employee said it was okay and that they would fill it before hanging up. 30 minutes later my order was cancelled again.
