This is the worst jets pizza experience we have ever had! We love jets and have gotten take out from them many times from different locations for the same order, the people and the food have always been great. However, the Creve couer location is filled with the worst group of staff. I called with the order but I had to repeat the order many times. Now it's fair that the order was complicated, which is why I called in to begin with. The person kept repeating it wrong with about 2 minutes wait between each wrong take while we on hold. This happened atleast 3 times which albeit might have made me a little frustrated. However, at no point, I behaved rudely. So the worker then gave it to the manager who says that she came online coz of my attitude. Again, I don't say anything to address that since I just want to be done with it. She acted like she got everything I asked and seemed offended when I asked to repeat. Then when we got the order and reached home, guess what, our toppings are wrong, especially for the main ingredient we wanted and payed extra for! Called again about a refund just for the toppings (it was more for the principle since they were very sassy about it) and she was pretty rude to my husband. She said she personally prepared the order, considering the receipt shows the right order that definitely questions her competence. They had our order under some random surname and phone number (i don't even have the Missouri area code for my number), none of which was ours and were never clarified with us when they took the order. Usually when something autofills, they ask you to verify which didn't happen at all in this case. At no point where they even remotely apologetic for all this fiasco that happened. Read moreActually the pizza is amazing when you can make it yourself! Jets has alot of potential if you hire the right management! The ice machine has mold on the top of it and a health inspector even came in and didn't check it and it passed! The utensils used to cut the pizza and other things are not clean properly! The food is not stored properly! There's trays that the extra toppings from the pizza made prior throughout the day fall onto that are placed back into the food bends to be reused for other pizzas! The slices that you can buy to go sit sometimes all day depending on who the manager is! If this store an a few others could get better management would be the best place ever! and no worries I contacted the health department to see if they would go check and make sure the mobile is out of the soda machine you're welcome. Any threats or comments made by my ex manager will be saved. Read moreI recently placed a delivery order from Jet’s Pizza while I was in the hospital after giving birth. Unfortunately, the delivery driver gave our order to the wrong hospital room—even after confirming with that room’s occupant, who told him it wasn’t their order. He still handed it over.
When my husband called to report that we hadn’t received our food, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to believe we hadn’t received the order and insisted the driver had delivered it correctly. This was simply not true.
We had just welcomed a newborn and were dealing with far more important things than chasing down a pizza. Why would we lie about not receiving our food? Even our nurse called Jet’s to explain the situation, and shockingly, the woman on the phone hung up on her.
All we asked for was a refund for a service we did not receive. Jet’s Pizza refused.
This experience was deeply disappointing—not just because of the delivery mistake, but because of the complete lack of empathy and professionalism shown by your staff. I wish I could give zero stars. Your customer service was unacceptable.
