On 12/10/23, I went to Church's Chicken at 13821 Fm 2100 in Crosby Tx to order some chicken about 5:45 pm As soon as I walked in there was Loud Mexican Music playing. You would of thought you were at a Mexican Club.( I am Hispanic) There were 3 or 4 people working. One was at the Drive through Window.one was cooking chicken.and the other was by the Chicken. The one by the chicken.and the one by the window were doing something on there phone as I was just there standing there waiting to place can order. They had to had seen me Drive up and Walk in their front door. As I was standing there Waiting. No one even acknowledged me. But everyone was enjoying the music as it was loud. So, after those 45 seconds.I raised my voice over the music and said, I would like to get your 3 piece special for $ 4:49. The guy at the Drive through lifted his head up and made a Very Smirky face at me. As if I was Bothering Him. And he put his phone in his pocket and walked towards me. I was thinking he was going to take my request. As he walks toward me he takes a sharp Left towards their backroom.or their office.and he " Dissappears". The other Hispanic puts his phone down and comes to the register and takes my order. I ask was he the manager cause he was helping me. And he said no, the guy who walked to the backroom was the Manager. I was Shocked!!! A Manager making a Very Smirky face at a customer who just wanted to buy some food!! I am Sorry to bother them. I actually didn't want to break up their Party. I thought the " Manager" was terrible, tackless, and Very Unprofessional. Most employees become a reflection of Leadership in a Company. And this "Manager" sets a Very Low Standard at this location. He is the Reflection of this Church 's at this location. I don't even think a reprimand would help. Needless to say, I have Never experienced this sparky attitude in any Restaurant. Even Popey's would have exceeded these standards. Next time, I WILL Go to...
Read moreWe placed a FAMILY meal through DoorDash. We asked our dasher to ask for hot sauce (that was not an option on the app). They gave her 4 little packs of sauce for (again) a FAMILY meal. We asked if they would swap out the dipping sauces for a few more packs of hot sauce instead. My dasher called me and said that the lady at churchâs chicken was really mean, yelled at her and told her she wasnât swapping out anything and she also wasnât giving her any more sauce. That she could âtake it or leave itâ. I felt so bad for our Dasher and quite frankly I canât understand why condiments infuriated the churchâs chicken employee so much. My dasher was just trying to do her job. No one deserves to be treated this way. At the end of the day itâs not even about some hot sauce, itâs about big companies like Churchâs Chicken hiring and continuing to employ people with such terrible customer service skills. We all have bad days but not WANTING to comply with such a simple request and giving a big company such a bad reputation is just sad. If the app had the option to add hot sauce to the order even if we had to pay I wouldnât have a problem with that at all. The meal was for our teen kids since my husband and I werenât at home today. Paying extra for our kids to enjoy their meal would be no problem at all. The fact that the churchâs employee was so rude, disrespectful and not willing work with us is just ridiculous. Now I see why their reviews are so bad! A little kindness or a little politeness can really go a loooooong way for a big chain...
Read moreWow! I really don't know what to say. This has been the worst experience I have ever had at Church's Chicken. The cashier went as slow as she possibly could. And knew the customers were getting upset. She didn't have a hair net on, nor food prep gloves. You could clearly see she had an attitude. Asked to speak to a manager but the lady didn't even speak English. How is it that you work in a fast food restaurant and you can't dialogue with your patrons? I wish I could give a minus 5. This is just bad service not attitude from a disgruntled individual. And by the way we walked out to eat some place else. My companions and I visited Churches on FM 2100 in Crosby, Texas on May 25 th. The Health Dept. needs to check this place out. No nets for the hair and no gloves on their hands. The service was poor. The cashier was very slow. Didn't acknowledge the customers, the line was steadily getting longer. People were complaining including myself. We. Walked out and Denny's have...
