Okay, I am editing my initial review once again. In all my years of living, I have never had such a disastrous experience with a pizza restaurant in my entire life. Have I had incidents in the past with other pizza places where I would have an incorrect order? Yes. The difference between those pizza chains versus MOD is that they do not consistently make the same error two times in a row in one day. Let's hope it will not become three times as I write this, still waiting on my correct pizza.

Dear reader, let me also add that MOD has been going downhill for months now with the same increasing number of incidents.

Today, I ordered pizza for my mom and I. The pizzas had incorrect and missing toppings. We called to inform them and the representative apologized and had them make a new order to deliver to us again.

We received a pizza, but it was not our pizza. It was someone else's order that was delivered by Uber Eats (our pizzas are delivered by doordash when ordering directly from the MOD website).

When I looked at the ticket, that person ordered their pizza at 3:39. Our redelivery was meant to come at 4:50. The other customer's pizza came to us at 4:50 instead. She ordered a sprite, a small cake, and a pizza with bacon, parmesan, garlic rub and more. (not ours). This poor woman waited over an hour for her food and it ended up coming to us.

This is not our first bad experience with MOD. In the past, we have had watery pizzas, pizzas missing entire toppings, and free redelivered pizzas that were STILL wrong even after complaining. These bad experiences have been going on for months now, and quite frankly I would rather eat Dominos or Pizza Hut and suffer through a stomachache because of how greasy those pizzas are. If they make a mistake, at least they will actually pay attention and read and not make the same mistake again.

You cannot excuse this, not by any means. I have no idea if this chain has undergone new management, but you guys seriously need to undergo a massive overhaul and implement a new system to ensure these things never happen again, and put everyone through months long training to understand what good customer service is.

Yes we are all living through stressful times but if you do not want to do your job right, please work in a place that does not involve food service.

You might be wondering “why didn’t you just cook? Why are you waiting hours later for a pizza?”

Because I wanted my food. Plain and simple.

Pictured below is food that is clearly not ours. If you are reading this, I am sorry you did not get your food, we both lost today. But I did...

Second time ordering online for pickup. And I gotta say. I don't think I will ever order MOD Pizza gain. Ordered cheesy bread (way too much rosemary) personalized cauliflower crust with cheese and pepperoni. (Doesn't look like there's really any cheese and 6. Yes, 6 pepperoni. One per slice of regular size pepperoni) I've had plenty of cauliflower crust, and this isn't the worst. But it's not great. And when I can pay less for a frozen cauliflower crust that not only tastes better but has more cheese and toppings.... why should I keep trying out MOD? Anyway, we thought we'd give it a go as we last ordered there in January 2024. And I didn't like it then. But it's been almost 9 months.... maybe things have improved.... NOOOOPE. Don't waste your money when frozen is cheaper and tastes better. I am sad because my daughter is pre diabetic which is also why we order cauliflower crust. But she came down and said, "Okay, this is the worst pizza ever. It's disgusting, I don't ever want it again." That was shocking as she LOVES pizza. But it...

Is this real life? I came in and ordered a kids pizza and a regular size pizza earlier today. The self proclaimed district manager took my order and I specifically requested extra cheese and extra sausage on my kids pizza and I asked for It to be cooked less because my daughter won’t eat crunchy pizza. I made the mistake and didn’t watch her make my pizzas. I clearly should’ve watched her because there’s BARELY ANY cheese or sausage on here AND it’s burnt and dry! So I guess that’s my fault. I went and got McDonald’s for my kid after I realized how crappy this pizza was. I WILL NOT be back again. Unbelievable service from a district manager, if she even is one. HIGHLY doubt It!!! I also witnessed that woman code switching between who she was talking to. Haven’t seen someone code switch that bad since Quintin Tarantino. CRAZY. No wonder this...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at MOD Pizza at Crossroads, Texas, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. They were attentive and efficient, ensuring that my order was perfect. As for the food, it was delicious! The pizza was fresh, with a great variety of toppings to choose from, and the crust was just the right amount of crispy. I also appreciated the quick service, which made it a perfect spot for a casual lunch or dinner. Overall, MOD’s Pizza at Crossroads is a standout spot with great staff and tasty food. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality pizza experience in the area!
