I have been a regular customer at Panda Express in Cross Roads for quite some time now, and overall, my experience has been good. The restaurant offers a convenient and quick option for Chinese fast food, and their dishes usually satisfy my cravings. However, I have noticed some inconsistencies in the quality and taste of the food on occasion. Most of the time, the food at Panda Express is delicious and flavorful. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, including classic favorites like Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, and Kung Pao Chicken. The portions are generous(most of the times), and the ingredients are typically fresh and well-prepared. The staff members are generally friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth and hassle-free. Recently, I decided to try their new addition, the Sizzling Shrimp, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, tender and succulent, with a delightful sizzle and aroma. The sauce had a wonderful balance of flavors, combining tanginess and a hint of spice. It was a refreshing change from the usual offerings, and I highly recommend giving it a try. However, I have encountered a few instances where the food quality did not meet my expectations. Sometimes the dishes appear to have been sitting out for too long, leading to a loss of freshness and texture. Additionally, the taste of certain dishes can vary from visit to visit, suggesting inconsistencies in their preparation methods. Despite these occasional inconsistencies, I believe Panda Express in Cross Roads is a decent fast-food option for Chinese cuisine. The majority of my experiences have been positive, and I appreciate the convenience and affordability they offer. If you're in the mood for a quick Chinese meal, I would recommend giving Panda Express a try, especially their Sizzling Shrimp which was absolutely delicious.

Ordered delivery. Website was misleading and I did not know the delivery was from door dash. I have been waiting 1 hour. No updates except to tell me that it will take longer. I hate Door dash. It is the worst delivery service ever. The delivery time keeps passing and then 20 minutes is added to it. I literally could have walked to get my food. I won't ever use Panda Express again. The "delivery" is extremely misleading. I would have NEVER ordered if I had known the delivery was from Door dash. Someone owes me almost $70.00. Will be filing a BBB complaint against this business. Oh and I called the delivery person from Door Dash, no answer from my call. The time just updated again to 30 minutes longer. I suspect at this point that I won't get the food I paid for. I will dispute this from my bank. 06/29/2024 - gave this place another shot tonight because my kid wanted some. Waited 15 minutes for unseasoned dried out rice and noodles and old and burnt tasting Beijing Beef. I will never go here again, shut the doors on this abyssmal location.

3/16 @1pm. We came to have lunch and we got fried rice. My husband said honey is ur rice hard. I took a bit the first one was fine i took that 2nd bite there were some hard spots as if the bottom on the rice that gets stuck and hard was mixed in. I walked 2 the cashier and told her. thats when i see the manager who was wearing a black shirt grab a plate 2 see for her self. I then grabbed the hard rice in my hand and told the girl 2 touch it she said sorry. Im sorry but not every bite was hard so we ended up taking it off our plate. The manager did not walk up to apologize. she went 2 the rice and just mixed it up.

Will NEVER return. My family and I stopped at this location for dinner tonight and received the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. We ordered 2 entrees and two spring rolls. Once we paid $18.62 and noticed we didn’t have spring rolls and we weren’t charged we asked to place an order for the two spring rolls. We were told to hold on a second. A woman named Denise came to the drive thur window and stated that she couldn’t place our order for the spring rolls. When asked why not, she said we would have to go back in line through the drive thur and place them there. My husband so confused as to what the problem was we decided we just didn’t want the entire order anymore and asked for a refund and politely handed her the entire order back. She then refused to refund us and told us we would have to come inside. We explained to her due to Covid we were not comfortable going inside, and we also had our 4 year old daughter with us, and we just would like a refund. She refused again. We then asked to speak with someone else like the manager due to her attitude, tone, and demeanor towards us. She states she was the manager there, so we asked for the cooperate number and she refused to give us that as well. Then Denise threaten to call the police and closed the drive thur window. My husband and I confused we sat there and like 15 seconds later she comes back to the window and tries to hand us two spring rolls and says, “please, never come back to this location again.” We found that extremely rude to say to a customer, as we have put our money into eating there numerous of times. So we decided to just go inside at this point to get our refund. Denise then tries to refund us $17.10 after our order was $18.62. Her attitude was extremely nasty. Needless to say we still haven’t gotten our refund nor did we have panda tonight. My family will not tolerate this kind of treatment and we will spend our hard earned...

Horrible customer service experience. Went to walk in at 9:20 pm. Doors locked and employees just watching me. Sign says lobby closes at 10. Finally got someone to come to the door and he says lobby is closed. I mentioned the sign and he said hold on ill get the manager. Manager comes and says sign is wrong and they close doors early now and at 9:30. Its still only 9:26 when she says that as this has taken around 5 minutes to get her to the door. I show her thw time and she says oh well, go through the drive through. This is one place i will not go through drive through to order as some of the food is extremely old from sitting all day and i want to make sure to order something else instead of day old broccoli beef. I'm not gonna ask them to go make fresh stuff I just want to make sure I don't order day old stuff. Ask for the number for the general manager so I can contact them and when I call I can hear the lady I was just talking to pick up the phone. This is happening while I'm still sitting in front of the store and can see her. I see her point to the door and say something to her employees and then I can see all of them and hear them laughing in the background of the phone call thinking this is a funny joke. Well, i...
