The GM is absolutely clueless. She couldn't run the old dunkin properly either. She's got 8 people on drive thru and 1 person running counter. She stands around chit chatting with her drive thru people meanwhile her counter person is drowning. You can go look at my review for the older dunkin I said the same exact thing over a year ago. She will literally not lift a finger regardless of how many people the counter person has. It's absolutely ridiculous. And even the drive thru wait isn't that short. I'm absolutely at a loss as to how she manages to completely mismanage her resources. This particular dunkin was great while corporate was still in town. Now it's a joke to even try to pull in. No total or anything. When I got to the window, the older woman taking orders was complaining already. They had gotten the order wrong, and when I mentioned the coffee wasn't right, she complained again saying "at least I saved .25$."
