Dunkin' — Restaurant in Crossville

The GM is absolutely clueless. She couldn't run the old dunkin properly either. She's got 8 people on drive thru and 1 person running counter. She stands around chit chatting with her drive thru people meanwhile her counter person is drowning. You can go look at my review for the older dunkin I said the same exact thing over a year ago. She will literally not lift a finger regardless of how many people the counter person has. It's absolutely ridiculous. And even the drive thru wait isn't that short. I'm absolutely at a loss as to how she manages to completely mismanage her resources. This particular dunkin was great while corporate was still in town. Now it's a joke to even try to pull in. Drive thru is usually over full into the street. Wait time on average even on off hours is over 5 mins most of the time for 1 drink in drive thru. It takes over 20 mins to go inside to order. Me and my wife ordered 1 peach drink, 1 hot chocolate, 1 cream filled donut, and a cinnamon crunch begal w cream cheese. The wife said the peach drink tasted like soap. Along with the cream filled donut, which after we paid for it, we had to ask for the donut. Hot chocolate was thick as syrup. The only thing good was the cinnamon raisin begal w cream cheese. Wait, not a cinnamon crunch begal. Service was lousy. We went through the deive through, and instantly, the lady asked us our order, which was a great fast service, but from there, she was pushing us to order. She was rushing us to order. Then I went around, and the guy at the window was not watching his job. We had to ask for the donut we paid for. Idiots want more money, but they can't even do the job they do now. As soon as I pulled up to the intercom, I wasn't greeted. The first thing said was. " we don't have food, so the list is short." I placed my order and was just told "pull around." No total or anything. When I got to the window, the older woman taking orders was complaining already. They had gotten the order wrong, and when I mentioned the coffee wasn't right, she complained again saying "at least I saved .25$." I acquired my items and drove off without saying anything only to realize she didn't give me my drink. At that point, I didn't even want it. This is the third time I've run into this woman working, and she is absolutely horrible at customer service. I've tried to let it go, but I don't want anyone else to get this horrible service.
