I was highly upset at the Person Tonight Wesnday October 4th between the hour of 10pm - 11pm I was helping a friend with his mishap with his order. And I didn't say any fowl language nor was I rude.

Anyways. Couldn't figure it out so. Whatever so I made me an order. Do to it was the same address. Which I may add it wasn't the same address. Just happens to share the same lot with the other apartments.

Moreover, he said I couldn't by nor come to the store I made placed another order with my old address and decided to carry out. It went through even with my same phone number.

Furthermore he was being rude saying i couldn't eat. Don't order. The address been placed on hold. After all I was just trying to help a friend. But that's there order And I'm their Go Do Boy.

Pull up the recorded phone line line during that hour. My first order was a buffalo sandwich, which after it was successful, someone canceled it.

I'm up here now. And I've been waiting already over due time when my order was completed on the domino's tracker.

Time is 11:23 my order was placed at 11:01

The bearded big guy at the window was polite to me.

Just because the guy on the phone was being stern with my buddy because he didn't get cinnamon bites. And his pizzas where wrong. Not my problem anymore till I started ordering.

From my order on 2/6/22 - The charge on my card was updated overnight to include an additional 32.87 - I have contacted the store and corporate and I still do not have my money refunded as of 2/26. I was given one call to tell me it was a “Ghost” charge in the system and the refund would be coming my way, alas still nothing and no other updates. Why can’t I come swipe my card and have it replaced right then? Why can’t you all give me my refund in cash? Why should I have to work and work to get money back that someone stole by entering in a erroneous tip for themselves? Why is the burden placed on the customer and the employees, manager, nor corporate seem to be able to give a solid answer on the situation. I will never eat Dominos anywhere else, even if it was free. I will suggest to everyone I know in Cullman to avoid this location, unless you want to be double charged and for more than your actual order was worth no reasoning what so ever.

Update - I previously submitted this edit to the review but google did not save or change it at the time. The error was corrected and the manager at the time called a couple of times to make sure it all got fixed. Seems as though Dominos was shifting around their management at the time but the previous GM/current District Manager made sure to this mistake right and not only refunded the amount charged in error but gave me a credit on my account. I always use the app until recently when I elected to pay at the store instead and the cashier informed that the credit was still there and I finally was able to use it. Glad this was fixed and I can continue getting my fav - their Memphis BBQ...

We are a family of 9. We order 8 to 10 pizzas twice a month for the past four years and 10/12 of a year. Not once has this store managed to get orders right or done at one close time. They add toppings not asked for or take off topppings asked and paid for. I’ll drive to the window to pick up, they’ll hand me four or more pizzas then ask me to park for the rest. Every time I have to sit for more then 30mins for the rest! So pizzas in truck go cold while waiting. I’ll walk in because of the time of getting orders. I’ve tried a set order and pick up time so it would be done when I got there all at once and they burned half the pizzas. I’ve walked out of the store and had two pizzas flipped over upside down in boxes. Today I ordered 10 pizzas for my kids and my kids friends to have onions added to three of the pizzas. These aren’t the Cheap $5.99 pizza’s these are the specially large pizzas. When spending soooo much money you think they could learn to read and make what was typed! They have one job and that’s making pizzas! They don’t have to deliver because I am their with in ten to 20 mins of order...
