Charminar Xpress — Restaurant in Cumming

I’m deeply disappointed with the customer service at Charminar Xpress. On my first visit, I was told that it would take an hour just to prepare a starter—a completely unreasonable wait time. To make matters worse, without any prompting, they assured me that their 50% special offer would be available until Saturday and it was deferred told by the staff multiple times. However, when I called today to place an order, they claimed that the offer had ended.

A friend of mine had a similar experience a few days later. He was promised the 50% discount but when he called to place his order just 30 minutes later, they refused to honor it. This level of inconsistency is simply unacceptable.

Furthermore, the customer service was abysmal. The staff showed no concern for my issues, and to add insult to injury, the chai was terrible. I’ve also been hearing similar complaints from others about the declining taste and quality of the food.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but it has been a complete letdown. I sincerely hope that more Indian restaurants open in the area soon—ones that actually value their customers and fulfill...

Not worth the price. I ordered "Chicken Tikka Masala" which cost over $17 after taxes.

Here is what I got: I found 5 tiny pieces of chicken in the dish. They were so small if you add them all together is may be the size of one chicken nugget from McDonalds (honestly probably smaller). There were 4 small pieces of bell peppers in it. They gave me enough rice for 3 people. And the rest was sauce... tons and tons of sauce.

So basically I paid for a sauce with rice and honestly no real meat in it. That sauce actually tasted pretty good but they do not give you enough meat in your dish to be worth the high price.

Also the staff. You walk in nobody says anything to you. You go stand at the counter and they just stare at you. I didn't get a hello, what would you like to order, or anything.

I forgot to mention it did take them almost 45 minutes to give me my order and they were not even busy. Only one table had people at it and they already had their food. They even put my order out and then it took another 10+ minutes before the staff looked at the bad and then...
