The do not save the cookies you order online. Don’t bother placing an order if you can’t pick up early. I was told this is directly the owners policy. So basically if you place an order at 8 am to be picked up at 10:30 pm and they run out your order is gone. They will not save the cookies you HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! . The owners clearly have no clue how to run a business. 0/10
Also they said to contact them however the website crashes before you can even send an email. Zero resolution. Horrible service.
Ohhh and one last thing. The male employee yelled happy birthday at me as I was visibly upset and shaking when I left considering I had planned a party around cookies that didn’t even exist. I mean the audacity and rudeness is unparalleled. I was SO upset and he yelled happy birthday at me as I walked out. Nope. You should maybe screen your employees better. Oh and just in case you were wondering there were two employees on June 12th at 10:30 pm. One male and one female. I’m sure you can figure out who it was. Nice work all the way around. Horrible business. And don’t bother trying to contact the owner he is unreachable. The worst crumble I have ever been to and that’s saying a lot. I’ve never been treated like that before. Read moreI have never needed anything when the associate ask “do these look okay” but today I did and it was the worst customer service experience. The banana bread cookie didn’t have like any sugar topping on it. I ask the girl, who I think is Chloe, if I could get some more on top. She responds “I don’t know I only decorate them.” I’m thinking that is the decoration but okay… then she says “I don’t know where they are”.
