Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cumru Township

I got 3 small coffees for myself and coworkers this morning. The owner was taking the orders, and I had to repeat myself 4 times. I get up to the window and I see 4 coffees, immediately the lovely young lady at the window asked me what was incorrect, sounds like she knew the owner doesn't do his job correctly. This young lady is telling the OWNER how to fix HIS mistake, and she looks absolutely frustrated. Even before I get my change back, the owner is "shooing" me away from the window, using hand motions as well. That is absolutely unprofessional, you will screw someone's order up AFTER repeating it 4 times to YOU and before receiving your change you have the audacity to literally shoo them away. I get to work and 1 of the coffee's (according to the sticker) wasn't made correctly. All coffee's tasted DISGUSTING! I am not sure if he made them or not, but I have NEVER had this bad of drinks/food or that disgusting manner of service. This is the first I ever encountered this owner; he really needs more training on how to do HIS job and professionalism and curtesy!! I've also been calling this establishment for the past 15 minutes and still nobody has answered the phone. Looks like according to other comments this isn't the first time the owners have displayed this type of disrespect and have screwed up other customers orders. Whomever is higher up than these owners should really check into this establishment and either train or replace them. I work here and I honestly love it to death. DD for life lmao. And oh by the way, people who are complaining about the donuts,they are made fresh every morning by the DD in Temple PA, our coffee is also fresh every day and we make it fresh throughout the day many times. Made with clean water, the same water they would make the drinks with at any other DD btw Bob. Lmao. And also, maybe instead of getting rude with the people the work there if they make your sand which wrong, talk to them nicely. They appreciate it more. And the people that hand it out the window aren't the ones making the sand which. 9 times out of 10, the person at the window just accidentally handed out the wrong bag and they don't know it. When we have a long line of people and they just keep coming and the line goes out into the street, we don't always have enough time to check every bag thats handed to us. And btw, the breaded chicken with bakon and honey mustard sauce is a chicken bacon in a ciabata. Now you know what it is lol. Not that hard to price together. You act like its some random foods pur together. It's a sand which on out menu there smart one. And I'm not just saying nice things just because I work there, I'm saying nice things because even before I worked there I loved this Dunkin. Better than the one on Lancaster Ave. They have half the donuts we have, turn their ovens off early so you can't get sandwiches after a certain time and their coffee sits there pretty much all...

Well its Nov 12th and around 10 am I ran through this drive thru with my wife ordered a large French vanilla coffee with sugar a large cold brew iced coffee, sausage egg and cheese croisant, big and toasted and a dozen doughnuts. After getting these things I pulled out of the parking lot and took a sip of the French vanilla coffee not realizing that it was actually hot dirty diaper water scented with French vanilla #thanksobama. I am assuming they must have just cleaned the machine and I just wasted a few bucks wasn't really concerned to be frank and was willing to go about my day. Then we got home and are our sandwhichs. The sausage egg and cheese croissant was good but my wife's big and toasty was a big and nasty. It was soggy and all over the place the bread was toasted but on the sandwich upside down. She ended up tearing it apart and eating the middle. Then I was like "man I really want one of those doghnuts". MISTAKE. I bit into the doughnut and received a blast of chocolate smeared week old fryer taste directly to my face whole which I immediately spit out. So in all I wasted Money and time and energy do to the fat kid screaming inside of me for doughnuts on this place. I get it is a fast food chain but have a little pride...
