Subway — Restaurant in Cumru Township

If I could give 0 stars I would. I drove here on my lunch break to grab a sandwich. Was super hungry and ready to eat when I got back to work. Opened up the wrap and it was the customers in front me order. Simple BLT compared to my chicken Bacon Ranch. I was a little upset so I called them and said you switched our sandwiches I would like a refund but no they said we need the wrong sandwich back to keep a count. I had already left for lunch and would have to go after work at 6 and I was hungry now. So now I had to eat something that I didn’t even order or be hungry until I leave for the day and I probably paid more for mine than what this one was worth. Not happy at all. You should do the right thing and refund my card not make me come back for your mistake. Poor business...

Ordered $50 worth of food and they called and said they only have wheat bread so I asked for a refund. Was told I can try but they don't know how to refund my money. Asked to transfer my order to a different subway...nope. Finally they called their manager and was told to prep bread for the order. We picked up the order and it was missing an entire sandwich then they argued that they made them all when clearly they didn't. So they made the missing sub with all the wrong ingredients. It use to be a good subway to go to until about a year ago. They never get the orders right so I took a break from going there and when we tried again it was a disaster. Will literally never spend my money in that subway again and we use to use them for parties...

Ok I have gone to this location before and had some issues with the food before like skimping on portions or putting on topping I did not ask for but none like what has happened recently. I had an Italian footlong and throughout the same evening after finishing my meal I woke a few hours later in the early a.m. hours with wrenching pain and intense, intestinal distress and relentless nausea that ended up having me in the hospital later on that day for a day and a half with food poisoning. Needless to say I am done with subway for quite a long time now. It's a shame too because it was one of my favorite sandwich places too. I am just too freaked out by the idea of possibly going through what I just did...
