Wingstop — Restaurant in Cumru Township

I wish I could give service zero stars. I ordered 2 of the 6 piece bone- in wings and 1 order of the voodoo fries. A group of about 10 girls coming from practice at school came in and got all of their food before us. A group of 6 came in after them and also got their food before us. We decided to wait and be patient. finally after 45 minutes getting our food to go we left and headed home. I should have checked the bag before leaving, that’s on me but, my 6 piece wasn’t in the bag. We called to let them know and the guy that answered said to come in and ask for Chris (I think that was the name). We went in and found Chris and told him my order and he said theyll get started on it. An HOUR LATER my husband went up and asked if those wings were ready, the same dude literally said “were you for here or to go” lol. My husband said we were the ones that had a forgotten order and we’re waiting for a 6 piece. Chris turned around, went to the kitchen, grabbed 6 BONELESS wings and a SIDE of sauce and handed it to my husband with an attitude for no reason. The establishment is dirty, they can’t seem to get the order correct, and give you an attitude when you try to correct the problem. You can see directly into the back and it’s a bunch of young people leaning on the cooking equipment, without hair nets, and long hair everywhere.

I was charged for a combo when ordering only wings and when I explained that I didn’t want a combo the young woman with the high standing bun (they don’t wear name tags and I wasn't offered a receipt so I have no clue what her name was) stated “Well, I mean everyone gets a combo, so I just thought you wanted one. You didn’t clarify that you didn’t want one” And stared me down afterwards because I clearly wanted a refund of what I didn’t want versus what I got charged. I never stated I wanted a combo in the first place? Nor did she ask any questions? Very rude customer service, I don’t understand having a job you hate. I didn’t get the refund of the difference I guess because she didn’t want to do it. I’ll cut it as a loss.

My husband and I went there on a whim. We wanted to try Wingstop for the first time. I can tell you that we were both very disappointed. We ended up getting 40 wings the family crew pack. Our food came up to $70 no drinks were included no dessert were included, just 30 wings + 10 in different sauce, 2 brownies as add-on, 1basket of cold fries, and the fact that it said family crew pack. Our fries were supposed to be fresh she said that they were just coming out and they ended up waiting on our food which made our food cold. The food was all over, it was a mess, it was leaking outside of the bag. This was a Friday night so I kind of understood everything that was going on in the restaurant however, not for $70. The problem is is that these restaurants are getting more and more expensive and people like all of us are getting less money. So they can go ahead with inflation and drive their prices all the way up or they can try to keep business and I would think Wingstop would be...
