I ask the lady to serve me on a different side of the plate base on my carb ..she refuses to serve me the amount of potions I requested and she was very nasty I ask for the manager she reply it’s not here I’m the assistant manager I was eating almost every day on this grill restaurant in the afternoon never had an issue how ever who ever this lady is her services it’s not appropriate they should change the night shift I will never come to this restaurant again very disappointed will not recommend...

Food tastes great but service was awful. I said repeatedly that I wanted the “one chicken and one side” menu item for $6.50. The employee forced me to have the “2 chicken and one side “menu item for $10 because he simply wouldn’t listen. My wife, not knowing this, went through the line after me with a different employee and they did the same exact thing to her. For years I've eaten here and there service is so awesome, its fast, clean and very generous portions. Their food is just amazing. Same taste over the years, hasn't lost its touch. If your thinking of trying, just stop thinking about it a just go...
