The customer service in this store is ridiculous and the person that is the " manager" should be just an associate, she is not helpful at al. I stood there waiting no one greeted me then a young Spanish guy walks in and get help before me. I stood patient, the reason i was there was to get a bigger size bracelet because the one I got in the mail was too small. So I give the " manager" my receipt and explain to her what the issue was she acting she has no idea what I'm talking about. She goes to get an "associate" and she come out to look at the receipt and try to teach the "manager" how to do a exchange with an online receipt. Then tells me I have to pay the diff since I paid an online price instead of paying 65 I paid 52 but all I wanted was a bigger size her as a manager could have just override it and let me go but she has no idea how to do that along with giving customer service. Read moreI brought in a pandora bracelet that I bought at this store to get cleaned. When I picked it up the clasp was closed and all the charms were on the bracelet. I left the store and when I went to put on the bracelet and the claps broke. I was still in the mall so I went right back to the store. The store manager said that since I left the store they were not responsible for the damages. Then they told me even if I was still I the store and it broke that they would not replace it. Please if you ever take something here make sure that before they take a picture of the merchandise with your hand next to it, check it out first. My order was cancelled. I went to the store thinking the email said to pick it up. The sales person found the earrings. Cool. Great right? No. He told me that he cannot honor the online price. But you cancelled my order and you have the earrings. He said no I have to pay the regular price. I tried ordering at a different location. It was cancelled. I’m trying one more store. Still waiting.
