I've been at this Burger King a number of times , and generally I get decent service . I do understand that in the fast food service there's a turnover with the help, and call offs do happen. I usually order inside the restaurant and there has been a number of times I've seen only 4 employees working. That can be difficult . One for the takeout window , one on the baskets , one on the flame grille , and one trying to do the drinks and run the counter and help with the window . It's even more difficult when someones is in training in these situations. While this was going on,the 4 employees, a women came inside to order and was waiting behind me. She wasn't even waiting a full minute when the comments started . A girl came to take my order , but I told the women behind me to go first, for I wasn't sure what I had wanted . I knew what I wanted . Anyways. I will order no salt on my fries, for sometimes they can be a little salty. That's at any fast food place. I will also order no tomatoes , or something like that , just ensure a fresh burger . Some of the stuff at ANY fast food can sit more than ten minutes. You work with 3 or 4 people on your shift and see if that doesn't happen . Does it make it right , no , but it does happen . So there's ways around getting a tasty treat at the fast foods if you do it right .I get the coupons and I do very well at BK . I imagine you could get the app for (Retail Me Not) or (Honey) and get the BK discount alerts. Maybe BK has this on their own online site. I do enjoy their crispy chicken sandwich . BK just had coupons of this for $5 .It came with a drink and fries. It was good. I don't care for BK's Original Chicken though. It's changed so much that am not sure if it qualifies as actual food. I did like the deal I got with a coupon recently though. I got 2 breakfast sandwiches . 2 small coffees , and 2 hash browns for $5 . It was good. BK needs to reinvent itself, and they should certainly start with getting rid of that weird mascot . That said, they most likely won't . Yum Brands owns BK .Yum also own Taco Bell , Pizza Hut, KFC etc. I just went to the new KFC on State Road. Yum has changed everything so much that KFC lost all that wonderful flavoring they were known for. I'm afraid to check and see if Yum bought Popeyes . Popeyes is soooo good. I will say that this BK is kept clean enough and the employees , when spoken to decently , will reply back accordingly . The one men's urinal needs to be fixed, but besides that, the men's bathroom is clean. I do like this Burger King , and I will certainly...
Read moreProblems list: There is regularly no ice in the pop machine in the mornings. They know this, they are just that lazy that no one will actually grab ice and pour it in, they will consciously chose to let it be empty for however long. Happened multiple times.
The ketchup is disgustingly old to the point it comes out of the dispenser like some sort of watery soup. Who knows how long that ketchup sits in there to get like that. Had this happen multiple times, their solution is to give you ketchup packets instead of clean it out and fill it up properly.
I like cookies. Multiple times I’ve got a cookie in the morning that is rock solid, probably from the day before. I know this isn’t how they are supposed to be because if you go later in the day (when they run out and are forced to make new ones) they will be nice and chewy.
That’s about it. Looks like someone atleast cleans the bathrooms, which is very important. The regular food aka everything besides the cookies is usually good to go as it’s made fresh.. mostly.
I gave 3 stars only because the people working here are mostly friendly to me and never have any issues or drama. It has an Akron vibe even tho it’s smack dab in the middle of Cuyahoga falls, which can be good and bad for diff reasons. If they workers were rude it would’ve been 1 star considering the...

Online says drive thru is open until 11pm. I ordered online at 9pm and my payment went through, I was emailed my receipt. Got there around 9:20pm and there was a huge line of cars at the drive thru. I figured I'd park and wait for the line to die down, but as I pulled around I noticed no cars were in the actual drive thru, everyone was stuck behind the car at the ordering screen. All the lights were on, but no employees in the store.
After a few minutes, other customers got irritated and got out of their cars. I watched people pull on the door handles, which were locked. People would start to drive away as they slowly realized no one was in the store.
So apparently the entire store is CLOSED before 9pm. I'm not sure if the reduced hours are due to COVID precautions (which is understandable), but I feel like it's strange to lock up the store with all the lights and signs on, and still allow online orders to process, etc.
Seems more likely the employees decided to bounce early.
(I mean, at least shut off the lights and stuff guys lol. Now I'm out $13,...
