Cheezy's Mac and Cheese — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

Thought we'd stop and try this place out! First of all, they have a big variety of Mac & cheese bowls so there is something for just about every taste. Many sandwiches and sides as well. We went with a regular size bowl and did the build your own. They have different meats, veggies and sauces to choose from. We got grilled chicken, broccoli & sautéed onions...along with a side of fries. The bowl was really good! The Mac & cheese itself was cheesy, gooey and had a nice flavor. The grilled chicken was tender, full of flavor & blended nice with the Broccoli and sautéed onions. It had a buttery bread crumb crust broiled on top which was one of my favorite things! The regular size is plenty, it had alot of chicken in it but they also have a large available. The fries were crisp, made fresh & hot...really good! It looks like a family business, the gentleman explained the menu to us since we were first time visitors which was helpful...he was very nice. The restaurant is clean & looked organized. All in all, I'd definitely return and try other things. Looks like they have cheesesteaks that are popular also. I don’t know what everyone is talking about. We must’ve had a bad crew, they were swamped and our takeout took forever. Not a big deal though. What made me not ever want to come back here was the crew was not sanitary. I watched a worker washed dishes with gloves on and walk over and drop fries with the same gloves. I watched another worker not wash or wear gloves when it came to touching the frozen shrimp barehanded then tried putting lettuce on my sub without washing their hands. This trend continued for 15 minutes while waiting for my food. All 3 workers seemed to lack sanitary practices.

This food was for my family and I’m sorry but I’m not feeding that to my child. Out of curiosity I tried a bite of the food and threw it out.

The only positive thing I can say is the one guy with the beard was nice and friendly even though they were swamped. This still shouldn’t excuse...

Eater beware: This is not a sit down restaurant of any kind. That said this is the best Mac and cheese I might have ever had. We ordered the large Original Mac and Cheese, the regular BBQ Brisket Mac and cheese and a build your own. My son had ground beef, jalapeños and corn in his make your own. He absolutely loved it. My wife and I were absolutely surprised and delighted by the BBQ Beef Mac and cheese and the original was a hit all around. We have lots of leftovers. I think one regular size could feed two people pretty easily. We also ordered the Fried Ravioli and Jalapeño Poppers. Again, my son loved them, while I found them middling, having had better versions of both at other restaurants.
