Schwebels Bakery Outlet — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

The PROBLEM here is a RUDE employee name VICKI ! Oh my...I feel so bad for anyone who would ask her if you have any bird bread today ! She will tear you a new one about the sign on the door and you NEED TO CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING ,etc...I tried to call in the morning and when she answers and you are trying to ask VICKI about this bird bread she just HANGS UP ON YOU while you are still talking ! I asked her the price of the loaves of bread on the wall display once and she again was so incredibly nasty and rude by telling me, '" THERE IS A SIGN RIGHT THERE WHERE YOU ARE STANDING WITH THE PRICE RIGHT ON IT !" I asked her to come over and show me and she was so angry at me and walked 5 feet and looked up down and everywhere and said......Well there SHOULD be a sign there ! NO ....Oh , I am SORRY.....Then she turned to storm off ! I had to say again...I STILL would like to know HOW MUCH ARE THESE LOAVES OF BREAD ? She said , The same price they always are...99 cents ! WOW....what is so difficult about this woman's job that she is just so NASTY to CUSTOMERS at this Cuyahoga Falls location ? Maybe she NEEDS TO RETIRE or RESIGN ! The OTHER women who work there are a breath of fresh air and you can see that THEY actually ENJOY talking to the customers and seem to enjoy what they are doing. They are all so PLEASANT in this store except this one RUDE , NASTY customer hating employee VICKI ! Another close friend also said the exact same thing as I am saying about her too. He would sometimes ask VICKI IF she had ANY bird bread loaves in the back and she would also get really super rude FAST and tell him about IF the sign is on the door that is up because we do not have any and the entire argument. He hoped maybe they could have some extra bird bread for tomorrow or something but he also found that when Vicki is working , You do NOT...

Bread prices are a third of what you pay in the grocery store. Even discount stores like Aldi and Save a lot. Plus, the snack cakes and other goods are so fairly priced. The regular grocery stores are so overpriced! The people that work there are some of the kindest most pleasant people. I've been there twice now, but I will definitely be a regular customer...why would I go to GE and pay nearly 5.00 for a loaf of bread when I can get our sweet honey wheat for $1.39? I always loved going to Schwebel's and getting my little deals. They had an especially good special on the good Schwebel's rye bread, as well as Texas toast so I really scored. I would have given them five stars except that the woman who waited on me was rude and dismissive. The whole time I was in the store she acted like I came in to interrupt her as though they aren't a place of business in which eventually we need to check out...
