Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Cuyahoga Falls

WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT work for this company the owner is in to far over their head this location has no manager at it all that works here are minors. I don't work here anymore yet for some reason they still have me down as an employee and active. I really wish I could go back in time and then never had applied here. Do even eat here the employees are all under the age of 22 and their hygiene skills are extremely terrible. The people who own this location are horrible when I started I got no training on the food station yet they kept leaving me there with minors who can't cook leaving me there stressed and embarrassed. Jessica or Nicole I don't know who owns this place but they clearly don't know how to run a business. I just want my life to go back to how it was before I even got hired. Everyone who's I believe in charge is extremely rude. It's on them because they can't hire anyone who is personal. Just a bunch of kids. This is towards whoever is the manager here don't hire children who think everything is a joke. This is the most unprofessional place I've ever worked at they support ableism. Overall my first experience here was extremely pleasant but then the manager left and at that point I should've left aswell. Just because chains like this etc. are always looking for someone to invest into buying one MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOME EDUCATION IN BUSINESS! Very dissatisfied with this place we ordered smoothies and flatbreads spent with tip almost 37 for 2 meals apparently they use DOORDASHknown this would have not ordered for delivery got tracking alert saying food was delivered at 6:48 we have multiple cameras no food was dropped off so I called the store the young lady tells me the person picked up the food she doesn’t know what to do for me to call DOORDASH (first was not my responsibility because I ordered through tropical smoothie not DOORDASH ! No phone number was attached for the delivery I asked for manager no one on site ! I am less than 2 min from this store so took another almost 15 min for the driver to drop off the food so by the time the food did arrived it reeked of cigarette smoke and food was unwrapped tampered with seals broken and smoothies were melted We had to throw it all out it’s unsanitary and gross contacted the store through app for refund i did get in conctact with DOORDASH after internet search and was told tropical smoothie has to issue the refund due to them taking the money as of today I still have yet to get a response or my refund my next step will be contacting my credit card will never order...

So, we parked up and put in a curbside order for some smoothies and food and we waited, longer than it said it would take, and hadn't seen a single person go in or out since we had pulled u. I finally Decided to go in and see whats up. No one greeted me I stood there for maybe 5min.
