I'm extremely upset with my experience with this location tonight, January 16th, 2021. I've always enjoyed this location due to them always giving me a bang for my buck in terms of the amount of food I'm given. My go-to's are usually the Carne Asada Fries or Nachos. Tonight, I went to get the Carne Asada Nachos with NO guacamole. I get my order promptly and didn't see that there was any guacamole with the lighting I had in my car, so I thought everything was okay. When I get home to eat it, I see that there's indeed guacamole all over it. For reference, I do not like guacamole to the point where it makes me EXTREMELY nauseous and makes me gag uncontrollably and sometimes violently to the point of possibly throwing up. Another thing that I've always liked about this place is that if they get it wrong, they make it right; we're not always perfect and we will always make mistakes in life, so I usually never get upset about little things like that. When I get there, they're serving what I didn't know was the last customer for the night. I get to the window and I'm waiting there for about 10 or 15 minutes. At one point within that time, the same cashier sees me and ignores me as he's mopping the floor. I didn't think much of it and waited. He opens the drive-thru window and I tell him the situation. He tells me that they're closed. They're open for 24 hours on Fridays, so how are they closed? I tell him that that's fine, but I need my order done right. This is what ended up really p*ing me off (excuse my language): he then tells me again that they're closed and "we don't have any food". At this point, I'm upset because I'm being lied to and they're not trying to make this right. Then, I asked the cashier for my money back, and he makes it worse by lying AGAIN saying that he can't open the register, knowing that I paid with my card. I tell him that I paid with my card and he absolutely refused. I had to leave because I was extremely close to going off on that man and there were 3 police cars near a gas station across the street, so safety became more important than the food. I love Alberto's, but I'll NEVER go to this location again. I was disrespected, lied to, and they went against what they were known for. I've never had a customer-service issue here until tonight, which was absolute TRASH. I usually don't suggest people to not come here, but this is a location that I would recommend people not go to. I'll definitely be going out of my way to go to a different location...

Over the past weeks they have got the order incorrect every time, Before I just accepted it this time no so.
I have just received the worst service I have ever received. First the server ignored me for a few minutes while talking to the cook. Then after me pointing out my order very carefully she still got it wrong. I went home and my wife bit into it and found it is a meat filled burrito, very upsetting if you never eat meat for health reasons. When I returned and said it is the wrong food she just took it from me, did not say anything and turned away. Started speaking in Spanish ( I am not Hispanic or American) and got the cook to give me a new burrito This time she gave me the correct item but still did not say a word. The item I paid for and what what I ordered were different prices so I asked for the extra payment to be returned to me. She still did not say a word. I asked to see the manager and was told that they do not have one. The servers and cooks were all speaking Spanish knowing I could not understand them. I asked for an apology at least and pointed out my server was very rude, she said I didn't say anything" I said that's just the point. you could have said Sorry.
I used to use your store every week. Never again. Food is good, service the worst I have ever come across.
If they respond I will edit this review. My wife also said her burrito...

I usually frequent the Alberto's in Hawaiian Gardens or the Lincoln/Valley View location in front of Home Depot. I came here because it was on the way home after the Cypress Concerts on the Green. Looking back, I shoulda just went with my ol' standbys.
I was going back & forth between 5 rolled taquitos or a carne asada burrito, when my eyes spied signage saying "Breakfast Burritos served all day!". I love a good breakfast burrito! Let's do this!
To my chagrin, the burrito was-
smaller than the other locations overcooked carne asada which made it tough a tad salty
In addition, no salsa bar to stock up on carrots & jalapenos, cucumbers and extra hot sauce. Seating is in a covered patio with plenty of parking & a drive-thru if you'd like to stay in your car.
On the bright side, this Alberto's is open 24 hours and they have various specials, such as 4 street tacos & a drink/$4.99.
As for me, I'll stick to my OG locations since they give me more bang...
