Customer service: The young lady with the dark hair and nose ring, that was serving us acted like we were taking her away from doing something more important. She kept rushing us to make a decision with her body language and her demeanor as if there aren't nearly 20 options to choose from. Not to mention, my kid has special needs, and it takes him a moment to process.
I asked the other young lady if she could put a lid on it because I'm taking it to go; she have me this small lid, for an overstuffed bowl and told me to eat the excess off of BOTH our bowls then put the lid on... What? What she should have done was at least ask me if I wanted her to remove some of the ice cream so that they're small little lid can fit on the bowl.
Lastly, we chose not to eat there because every last table was dirty. It was three of them back there behind the counter with only two customers. Someone could have been tending to the rest of their facility.

Went to this store tonight and the associate called her manager to ask if they are honoring this coupon and while me and my husband was waiting for 15 minutes this manager decided to approve the offer and for some reason call back after we were served to change his mind. We had to leave the 2nd ice cream there after wasting a long time there. That was a big 0 for customer service from that manager because 1-you have to honor your advertisement 2-you can’t be on the phone for this long while customers are waiting 3- you can’t say Yes and change your mind a minute later 4- This whole situation shows how bad you are at management because you rather let it waste than give it to the customer to keep...
Read moreThis has always been our place! But this time:. a/c was obviously not working... the ice cream was also melting..! The customer in front of us quite rightly asked if her ice cream that was falling off the cone... if it could be mixed with stable ice cream.... the server gave back major attitude! Customer said no need for that please....and while one of the servers was trying to control the situation, one server started to shout and told the customer to shut the f%#€ up!! I’m sorry.... not acceptable!! I was in there with my 4 young kids and nephew !!! Unacceptable!! Management needs to do something!! We left and so did the customers behind us in the line.... without ice cream...
