Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Cypress

One of the best dominoes ever I think between this Dominoes and other area options it's Dominoes for the win!! ALl the staff here are always hard at work clean kit hen organized chaos when it's busy no sign of breaking under pressure EVEN ON SUPERBOWL NIGHT OR 1/2 PRICE AND GAME NIGHT DOUBLE WHAMMY THEY MAMAGE TO WIN ! They say Teamwork makes the DreamWork and this Dominoes is always very clean organized and polite even if busy I've never seen them drop pizza be rude to guests or start the fumble and have line of guests or mess up mistakes or misplaced orders I visit two other area Dominoes and one got so bad I won't go back in because they aren't polite they ignore guests and buckle and begin to hand random items to random delivery and instore pick up this is very much a no no I work retail and restaurants my whole life so I have to say from my point of view this Dominoes should get an award from the fra chose for being so great at being a team having obviously good management keeping place looking nice pizza always made correctly and I know if u order during day u see they prep well and the always have clean counter area and that makes great pizza even better cus u can order pizza of places but it's better when it's made correctly by friendly smiling faces that are proud of the work they do so thanks so much for being the best Dominoes ever and even taking my late orders when I know yal are almost out the door yal still stop make.my pizza and let me come pick it up right at the last possible min so I promised to let yalknow how great a job yal do so thanks everyone either ordered again tonight so I know it will be a stellar end to my night thanks 😊 I will share orders of tonight's order when. I put in an online order at 6:39pm the receipt said eta 30-40 min no to bad. As time went by the tracker never went from prepping to in the oven. it was 7:02pm when I called to make sure my number and information were correct. The tracker then changed from order put in at 6:39pm to 7:05pm after I spoke with someone. I then received a call to confirm my order again at 7:24pm. Person stated they were confused by my order. I don’t see how you can confuse an order that is on the menu with no special request. I was left on hold for about 3 min. then when the person came back on they didn’t know why I was on hold. I had to remind the same person they put me on hold. At that time they stated the order will arrive soon. The tracker changed yet again to order placed at 7:31pm. I then questioned the tracker. they stated it does not work correctly But, the tracker from then on worked like clock work. Even giving me an approximate time of when the order would arrive at 8:11pm. The pizza arrived at 8:14pm. Then the driver stated the sauce he had for me exploded due to the heat from the pizza and he would return with another one for me. I have never seen a sauce explode due to the heat from the pizza. I have driven for Pizza Hut dominos and papa John’s in the past. So please explain to an experienced previous not only driver but cook how that happens. Service was terrible pizza was cold and hard. The sauce was not at all mixed well. Worst experience I have ever had with a pizza place. I can honestly say I will not be ever ordering from this...

Update still hire people with nasty attitudes i checked in using the app the lady brings ny pizza saying next time i need to check in cause she only brought the pizza out cause my caution lights on. Yall hate yall job quit and not take it out on customers

Order online using dominos curbside . Waited 5 mins after I pulled up off my order which had already been ready for 44 mins just to be told a driver took my order no other solution was offered other than to wait till he came back with my food . I went in and requested a refund . Called to speak with manager she had an attitude and said she didn’t see the issue because I received a refund and she also said “congratulations” on my refund . I had 2 hungry kids in the car you think I wanted refund? So I went back speak with the manager over her. The same girl Ryan threatened to call the police and soon and I walked in because I was recording. I left after a brief back and forth . I drove home pulled up to my house backed in it’s a vehicle stopped in front of me taking pictures. I recognized the driver and car from dominos ! They followed me home !
