Placed an order for delivery 2:54pm and spoke with a lady. As I was placing the order I told her that I want marinara sauce because she asked me what sauce I wanted. The lady seemed really nice and she told him my order will be coming in in the next 30 minutes. When my order gets here, Hispanic guy delivers my food, I took the box and signed it and left a tip. As l taste at the pizza, it didn’t taste like marinara sauce and it wasn’t marinara sauce on there. I called back spoke to a guy name Mohammed he was a little rude at first then he was OK with a conversation. I told him my order was incorrect and that I wanted marinara sauce he said that I order the mango habanero sauce in which I have never heard of that sauce till today. He said no worries will send another box out. An hour goes by I haven’t seen the pizza here yet being delivered so I callback and he says that the pizza delivery person was on the way. Call back in another 30 minutes he says a pizza has delivered. I explain to him that the pizza is not here and no one knocked on the door and as I was talking to him I open my door and Wala, my pizza is sitting on the ground cold. He places me on hold another guy answers the phone. I had to explain to him all over again the whole situation and at this point I was very irate. He was nice he accommodate me with some cinnamon twists on the side because he could not give me a refund. I also asked him who was the CSR I spoke to and the person that delivered to me the second time‘s name and which was Muhammad and Alexis, Alexis is the one that deliver the pizza and left it on the floor. 20 minutes later a Black gentleman comes to my door and states that he apologies and states that he was the one Who left the pizza on the floor without knocking. In the back of my mind I’m like I thought it was Alexis who left the pizza on the floor which had me questioning . To sum this all up, it’s been three hours for me to get the correct pizza and customer service is very poor. This is the first time this happened to me from this location. I’ve ordered from them before with not problems and I just hope that they get it together so this is not...

On 2-14-21 (Valentine's Day), after placing TWO online orders around 6pm, someone arrived at Domino's about 2 hours later to pickup. On this night, weather conditions in TX were becoming severe and ice was forming on roads. I called the store within 35 minutes of the orders being placed to explain that I couldn't make it there (car issues), but I was trying to get someone else to pickup the orders. I gave the names on BOTH ORDERs and was told the orders were ready & would be there until they closed at 10pm. The employee told me if orders weren't picked up by 10p, they would be canceled and the cards would be credited. Sounds great right?
When my daughter arrived at the 19960 FM 529 location in Cypress TX about 8:00pm, she was told that the orders weren't there. Keep in mind that these were 2 seperate orders under 2 different names. They (employees) claimed the orders were picked up. Sooo 2 orders were accidentally given away???!!! Sooo a random person came in and miraculously guessed the names on BOTH ORDERs???!!! Why were employees clearly seen eating pizzas at the time of the attempted pickup???!!! Hmm
If you're going to steal customers' orders, at least go to a back room out of sight. Since I called about the orders, there's absolutely no way they could have assumed these were abandoned orders. That's a horrible way to...
Read moreI just had a very disrespectful experience with a delivery driver named Michael from this location that just dropped off my order. I would have made my complaint online but the option was greyed out.
First, let me say I love Dominos and the food. My order was $36.80. I just happened to have only $37 cash on me. Once Michael arrived, I handed him the cash and told him how much. He counted. He then reached for my change in his pocket. I told him don't worry about it and to keep it. He proceeded to tell me..." No, I'm going to give you your exact change. It's quite insulting to tell me to keep the change rather than you just tipping me. You don't have to rub it in my face. Have a great day and thanks for not tipping me. "
First of all, this man has no idea what financial situation I am in. I have been a loyal customer for 10 plus years and have always tipped many delivery drivers. Tonight I just didn't have extra cash to tip him. He was very rude. Him not making enough money at Dominos or having a bad day is no excuse to make a customer feel obligated to tip him. We all are struggling in some way so I definitely understand. Some make less money than others, but that is his problem and responsibility to change not every customer he delivers food to.
That was very poor customer service. I was very respectful and polite to him and didn't deserve to be talked...
