BeBe Nails and Spa At FM529 — Local services in Cypress

My husband caught a toe nail infection 😫 from this salon and I asked for a refund for our services ...he stayed in the hospital five days had to get toenail removed, missed work and now taking antibiotics to make sure the infection is cleared. I tried to be fair and ask for the refund the owner told me she' can't give back our money its non refundable ....you would have thought as much money and business we have spent there in the last five years she would do this. Her nail tech Amy is aware of me and my spouse coming in there all the time Please don't do business here. I went in for the Monday pedicure special, and my service was less than par. An older lady with a long bob and glasses did my feet. My service was not worth the $15, and she rushed me out the chair, no customer service experience, and then when I asked a question she ignored me. I mean, I have never experienced such a rude experience until coming to this establishment. Especially for a long day at work, you really want to relax and take a load off.

However, my friend received excellent service and received the same special.

Most of the reviews are related to the former owner. I’ve been going here under the new management since April 2020 and thanks to Joey my own nails are beautiful and healthy; now wearing my own nails with an overlay and I couldn’t be more happier.

The front desk guy is friendly and funny. The ladies who performs the pedicures do a great job also.
