King Crawfish & Noodle House — Restaurant in Texas

Today me and my husband went in and ordered egg rolls. My husbands came out correct but mine didn't. One of the waiters came back and fixed the issue and said that my egg rolls would be for free. We then ordered a fried fish plate and a house special plate. Mine came out but was way too salty and male waiter proceeded to call everyone from the back to talk to me about why it happened. Even had one waiter call the people in the kitchen "dummies." I told them don't worry about and mistakes happened. Keep in mind while all of this is going my husband has STILL not received his food. The waiter proceeds to say "everything will be free because I just want everyone happy. When you come back everything will be free." So my husbands food arrived a whole hour after we ordered and another waiter comes back to our table saying they made me another plate and I can take it home. This plate never came!! We decided to just go and we are brought a bill. I'm in shock like wait we were just told it was for free by this specific waiter. He comes back and LIED and said he didn't say that. He then proceeds to ignore me and talk to my husband ONLY saying "be a man and be honest did I say that?! Just be a man." My husband proceeds to walk away and he grabs my husband continuing to say "be a man." First of all he's lucky my husband didn't deck him. Second why would you ever talk to or touch a customer. I settled the bill for $11 and left and one of the owners just kept apologizing. I am still in shock. This place is lacking customer service and just looking to make a dime. Oh let's also mention the flys in the window seal and how they didn't dust or clean the windows or the weird smell when you walk in. This was our first and last time. TRASH!! I remember coming to this place a couple of years ago and it was such a delightful experience. I’m not sure if they are under new management, but omg the food is literally inedible. I ordered salt and pepper shrimp, mostly because the spot I normally order from is closed on Wednesday’s. So whatever…. I order thinking can’t be that bad. Wrong! The salt and pepper shrimp were not deveined! The inside of the shrimp were black from all the nastiness inside of it and to add insult to injury the shrimp were mushy!!! The inside of my fingernails after attempting to peel back the shrimp and take off the shell looked as if I worked in a coal mine! I wanted French fries instead of rice, I was told no I was not allowed to do so, fine, I paid for the most oily fries I have ever consumed. Not only oily, soggy and bland but very old cold fries. Upon leaving the establishment while picking up my food I asked the cashier “is there ketchup in the bag” she replied “I mean it should be” without once asking what I ordered or even peeking her noggin inside the big brown bag....

Absolutely DISGUSTING and TERRIBLE SERVICE. After coming here several times and honestly being a more regular customer, this place has just left a nasty taste in my mouth. We ordered ONE pound of crawfish and they all came out mushy and gushy. The minute you broke the tail off nothing but brown liquid and dirt was coming out of the tails. When I showed the waitress she was very embarrassed and asked for her manager to come see. He saw it and blamed it on the fact that it’s because crawfish season just started and it’s not their fault. He brought out a few more and they were still HORRIBLE!! I honestly believe they use crawfish leftovers and reboil them. After showing him the new ones, he had the audacity to say that “he was losing business by bringing us out new ones” AS IF IT WAS OUR FAULT.
