When I arrived I was greeted right away, they were nice and polite. I asked for a full set of short and a pedicure. The gentleman with long hair that worked on my full set, was nice ...I asked him to fix the position of a nail that he placed because it was crooked and he made a comment of " I will fix it to make it to the position your nail grows if that's what you want" is there another way it should be other than that?? He fixed it. He filed and drilled on my nails, which were all uneven and thick, no washing my hands to remove the debris. A man walked in, not greeted, but just sat. I noticed at this point he jumped straight to polishing my nails rush job and rushing to get to the man that walked in to get a pedicure, he could of asked could someone finish becuase he had an appointment or whatever the situation may have been, and most sides are missing paint all together .... I debated asking them to remove them the entire time I was getting my pedicure. The young man who did my pedicure was very polite and took his time and made sure things were right and checked on me multiple times during and while I was waiting to dry. My pedicure is great, no complaints there at all. I hope this review will result in a teaching moment for the staff and maybe things to work on...

I’ve been here twice. It’s was just ok work., they just do the bare minimum. Even when I said I’d pay for extra callus removal, bc everything is extra these days… they still just were mediocre. Brought my daughter with me the first time , she’s 4, and it was her first pedi, and they didn’t make it enjoyable for her at all. Didn’t talk to her, looked at her funny when she giggled or asked questions.on top of making my daughter wait, for over 45 mins, while they took care of two other adults. I came here with my mother for the first time and it was great! There was literally NO ONE in there around 2-3pm except us and I was happy about it! I didn’t catch the ladies name that did our pedicures, but she was quick, effective, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Tommy is LEGIT with the nails! I showed him a picture of what I wanted… AND I GOT IT! And he works fast as well, but his work is not rushed.. if that makes sense. My mother’s nails came out amazing as well. Make sure TOMMY is the one that does your nails when you come to Sweet Nails Cypress. Thank you both so much for showing me and my mom great...
