We ordered the Vaca Frita and Ropa Vieja, two Cuban staples, and both were absolutely packed with flavor. The Vaca Frita was tender with crispy edges and a rich, garlicky tang, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The Ropa Vieja, slow-cooked shredded beef in a savory tomato-based sauce with sweet red peppers, was equally mouthwatering and deeply satisfying. You could taste the care put into every component.
