Wow, where to start about what I can say about 290 Nail Spot. I love going into 290 nails. I purposely pick a day that I can get everything done knowing I will be there for an hour or longer! I do this because I know I can get the full relaxation of the entire time that I’m there. When I walk in, I am greeted with hugs and embrace with so much love. I have never been to a nail spot that treated me like a princess! There’s nothing negative anyone can say about these amazing women who give of themselves to make us feel beautiful. I have witnessed disrespectful people who are impatient at times when they’re just doing their job, but they handled themselves so professionally! They are family to me now because they genuinely give so much time and effort into making me and others around me feel beautiful! Every time I leave I am so excited because I can’t stop looking at my eyebrows, my eyelashes, my feet, and my nails! Ms. Linda, you have a heart of gold! Your patience and the way that you communicate with everyone is one of a kind! I am not close to my sisters like I would like but I have adopted Linda as a sister! She has such a pure and genuine heart to make me smile and others who get to embrace her! This is hands-down the best place to go! When I pick a day to go I'm excited to sit and relax because of how fantastic the atmosphere is! When I get my eyelashes done, I even fall asleep because I’m that relaxed and I trust each and every one of them! Everyone does a great job but Ms. Linda hands-down your creativity when you do my nails and feet outstanding! I would do anything for her because she truly makes me feel so important when I come in! As a client, you want to feel like you are taken care of. Reason being we spend our money to look nice and that’s what I get every single time I’m there! It brings tears to my eyes to know that there are hard-working people out there that care about their job and have a passion to make others happy! I will ride with these ladies till the end of time! If I could give them 100 -stars I would give them 100-star rating because they genuinely deserve it! I went the first time ever on a Sunday in December, the service was amazing. I got a mani/pedi, and upgraded to gel. The girls who worked on me were really nice, and paid attention to detail. I came back on January 6th for another mani/pedi. I got the same tech for my pedicure, she’s super sweet older woman, and she’s so attentive. However this time I got a different woman from before for my manicure, she suggested I do the dip powder, that it lasts longer; and told me it would be $46 I agreed, because indeed I thought It would last longer, it did NOT. By day 4 it was chipping, and a week later the polish had completely fallen off some of my nails!!! I’m super disappointed: she also offered to wax my eyebrows, which I agreed to. They came out horrible, one is different from the other. Never again will I be Back here, it’s a shame bc the lady who does my pedicure is genuinely nice and does a great job. I used to like coming to this salon, but I think I'll have to find another one. The lady who attended me today told her that I needed her to fix a nail because it was hurting and she grabbed my toe as if I didn't feel anything, in the end it hurt more and She didn't take it out, I usually have that problem and that's why I liked coming here because one of the girls here helped me with that problem and I was always happy with that but today's lady was very unprofessional, the other lady used to put me the hot towel all over my foot and she just put it on my leg to paint my nails and finish quickly.
