If I could give zero Stars I would! I have been to this Salon before and it was amazing. I came all the way from Bryan College Station because this place was so good to us last time. This time when we sat down for our pedicures we were asked six times if we wanted shellac. My daughter and I both said no every time. Then when the pedicure started the two ladies doing our feet asked again. At this point we were being hounded and eventually said yes because they would not leave us alone. After basically being forced to agree to get shellac the lady did not even do the correct color that I asked for . And before you say it's hard to match colors it was black and I asked for an accent toe to be white with glitter and she put a black base in one layer of glitter that doesn't even show . For as much as we paid for a pedicure and shellac the color could have been correct . Both of our pedicures started at the same time and we both got the same exact package but my daughter's ended 15 minutes before mine. If I'm paying for a detailed service and extra massage time I should get it. Lastly I got a full set. I was not told that everything was charged separately. So you start off with a $50 full set then you get charged $5 for your cuticles to be trimmed and then another $5 because you want them a shape and in another $10 because you want them long. My nails ended up being $70 and did not last 3 days. If you are a nail tech and you know somebody is getting long nails you do not make them paper thin. So just to recap we were hounded into getting shellac then we were shorted on one of the pedicures and then my nails did not last past 3 days. All of this was for $230 a bit excessive in my opinion. We will not...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday was the third time I came to this nail spa. I am very disappointed with the service given. This use to be what I thought was the best and great giving service salon close to my home until today. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was the nice gentleman who is usually there, wasnāt there and a lady who was sitting to the side greeted me not in the best way. I just brushed it off and went to choose my color. Once I sat down, I realized this wasnāt going to be good service and sure enough I was right. The lady who did my dip was in an extreme rush, didnt provide the service I usually get and the lady who did my pedicure did not provide good service either. Neither spoke or asked if I was liking what was being done and were in a huge rush. It almost felt like I was a bother to them. A customer walked in and she waited for about 2-3 minutes and was not attended or greeted by anyone because the lady who initially greeted me was sleeping on the chair. So I told one of the ladies helping me someone was there waiting. The lady that did my dip ended up finishing me, literally after like 10 minutes MAX, once she added the finishing oil she said āI can rub it on my Ownā while under my nail was still dirty and glitter was still everywhere. I was finally finished and once I got to pay, the ladys deameanor, the one who did my pedicure, changed. Clearly she was in it for the tip amount and I felt so unsatisfied with the service I paid for. I recently moved from spring to cypress and would go to the Venetian nail spa at vintage park, where they absolutely care and go all out on their customers. I am so willing to take that 30 minute drive to get good service. Will not be coming back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent in today for the first time and was pleasantly welcomed, lady at the front asked me what I needed I said a mani and pedi as it was my birthday weekend. She suggested and up sold something called a āpowder dipā and after learning what it is, I agreed to it but explained exactly that I just needed something very simple and very natural just a clean look for my birthday. So pedi was okay... not a neat job to recommend but a finished job. Manicure was a disaster to say the least. First, didnāt get the manicure Iām used to getting at other nail salons ( nail cleaning, trimming, cuticle removal, 2 min lotion massage,) nothing!!! She filed down my nails then started the dipping process. Now, being that Iām new to this dip I was so confused because I came for a manicure so I kept asking about it and reminding the manicurist that I needed my simple manicure. She kindly kept reassuring me that sheāll do a good job. Long story short, after several attempts to explain what I wanted and came for, and what I definitely didnāt want, I gave up!! I ended up with thick, lumpy, artificial looking pink nails, in the name of a manicure with the powder dip long lasting finish. Now, I didnāt want to cause a scene when I left so I paid my tab to the pleasant lady that up sold me the mess and left. She could tell I was displeased but rather than initiate the conversation she said something about $10 off on your next visit. This a definitely a one star for cleanliness but...
