Post Boxes Etc — Local services in Cypress

Disappointed that the FedEx site was down when I asked to ship that method but was assured ground by UPS was the same cost. So I also asked to have it delivered to another UPS store for pickup as the person could not accept packages at their apartment. Never was told there would be additional charge for the receiving location to hold for few hours. My recepitenant went to retrieve the package as notified it had been delivered and they lied and said it was not there. After reluctant to present the package he went in the back and found it but said there'd be a $20 fee after I paid $53 for delivery. Will never use this place or UPS again for package delivery.

Just had the nicest call from the owner explaining that they were unaware of the additional charge when picking up. They are looking to get UpS to recover this cost or at the least better communicate to customers there maybe a pickup fee. Awful customer service. Just left here to bring a Fedex item to ship & the guy at the front was incredibly rude. I asked for a receipt so that I could have proof of drop off. They guy tells me a receipt does nothing, I responded that it just proves I dropped off in case something happened with the package. He pointed at the camera, I said “ok”. As I’m walking out he says “you need to start trusting people” which makes no sense because You don’t know me, or anything about me and you are a professional place or business. I responded “I trust people, I don’t know you” as I walk out he says “you came here”. I accidentally came to this business trying to find the other Fedex to get some paperwork notarize and ship out. I called the location to make sure they were still open, because according to google it was 5 minutes before close and well yes they were about to close. But the owner told me he will wait for me. This was a nice gesture of him waiting for me, I then went and got my paperwork notarize and he was able to put my paperwork in an envelope to ship out for the following day overnight. Prices were affordable and his service was phenomenal. He definitely educated me and had a lot of patient with me. I recommend this business, I will be...
